Chapter 17

Namjoon and Jin were snuggled up on the bed, savoring the warmth of each other's company. Breaking the comfortable silence, Namjoon suddenly asked, "Since when have you had a crush on me?"

Jin's cheeks turned a soft pink. "For about seven months..." he admitted shyly.

Namjoon's eyes widened with surprise. "Seven months? How did I miss that? Why didn't you say something sooner? I wasted all that time," he said, looking at Jin, who could only blush deeper under Namjoon's gaze.

"Well... I thought maybe you didn't like me," Jin confessed, his fingers fidgeting with Namjoon's. Smiling softly, Namjoon leaned down and pressed a gentle kiss to Jin's neck.

"Who wouldn't like you? I'm sure anyone would be willing to wait a lifetime for you, Anyone would be lucky to have you" Namjoon whispered. Jin blushed even more and hugged him closer, resting his face against Namjoon's chest.

After a pause, Jin looked up. "So... what are we now?" he asked quietly.

Namjoon chuckled, pulling him in even tighter. "Boyfriends, babe. We're boyfriends-maybe soon-to-be husbands, if I have my way." Jin's smile lit up his face as he kissed Namjoon, a slow, tender kiss filled with happiness and love. They stayed in their little world, savoring the moment.

Meanwhile, at the Kim mansion:

Taehyung woke up and sat up in bed, blinking at his surroundings. "Kookie..." he called softly, but there was no response. He tried again, "Kookie...?" but still no answer.

With a sigh, Taehyung glanced at the clock and his eyes widened in shock. It was already 12:30! He quickly got out of bed and rushed to the bathroom to freshen up. Half an hour later, he was ready and headed out, soon making his way to Jungkook's office.

When he reached the building, he walked straight to Jungkook's cabin. Of course he knew the way . Quietly opening the door, he saw Jungkook fully absorbed in his work. Knocking lightly, Taehyung walked in, chuckling as he watched Jungkook, who hadn't looked up, simply said, "Come in."

Sitting down in front of him, Taehyung spoke up. "Are you free, Mr. Kookie?"

Jungkook froze, finally glancing up to see Taehyung grinning. "Hyungie! What are you doing here?" he asked, clearly surprised.

Taehyung smirked. "Well, I wasn't in the mood for work, and it's already afternoon, so I thought I'd spend some time with you. I talked to Jin already, so come on-we're going out."

"But... I have work to finish," Jungkook replied, his wide doe eyes pleading. Taehyung just shook his head with a playful smile.

"Work can wait, bun. Now, let's go," he insisted, pulling Jungkook up from his chair.

As they reached the entrance, Yoongi approached them. "Kook, where are you going?" he asked, giving Taehyung a nod. "Hey, Taehyung."

"Hi, Yoongi. I'm taking him out for the day. We're both free now," Taehyung said cheerfully.

Yoongi smiled, waving them off. "Enjoy yourselves, bunny. Take care of him, Taehyung."

Taehyung gave a nod, and the two headed out. Watching their figures fade, Yoongi sighed. "With Jin on leave and Kook heading out, it's just too quiet around here. Maybe I should go and surprise Jiminie," he thought to himself before heading back to his office to gather his things.

After some time:-

Jimin was on the call, speaking sweetly. "Yes, I’ll definitely come, cutie. Jiminie loves you, naa," he said with a wide smile. Little did he know that someone was listening, burning with anger.
