When it actually came to waking up, it was much easier than someone doing the job of banging doors down the corridor. In fact, the curtains got open and the sounds of walking reached Logan's ears as he laid in bed, though eventually his eyes did squint open. Alethea stood at the foot of the bed, arms behind herself as she tied her hair in a high ponytail, sensing movement though had her head tilting back at him.
"Up and at 'em, Logan." She sounded too energetic for the early morning, from the weak sunlight coming through the window, he'd pitch a guess and say it was somewhere between seven and eight in the morning, from estimations the summit meeting wasn't happening until gone ten, but they still needed to travel there.
Pushing himself slowly up, he looked around and nodded a head her way, Alethea looked confusedly around herself. "Not decided on room service for breakfast?" He joked, his voice lower sounding than usual thanks to sleep lingering. He pushed away from one hand and pinched the bridge of his nose, a heavy sigh coming from him as he rubbed sleep from his eyes.
"Funny, no. You were dead to the world, so I left you to sleep a bit. But I've been awake for a bit. I'm not too sure when we're all meeting, so I reckon you best get up quickly." Alethea said while flopping dramatically in the chair, her legs flinging in the air a little before crossing at the ankles. Nodding towards the door, she smiled, "A shower will wake you up." To be honest, it did her wonders, she was really comfortable using him as a pillow that actually moving from the warmth of the bed was almost painful.
But they were here for a reason, and today was the day where they could finally find Raven, and as soon as that thought came to her mind she was up and getting ready. She hadn't seen the blue-skinned female for so long, she couldn't help but wonder how much or how little Raven had changed. And if she had, was it for the better or worse? She didn't know. It was a conflicting thing, in a way Alethea did find that removing Trask from the equation was perhaps safer for all mutant kind, however, there will always be a Trask.
Ignoring any thoughts and feelings involving a man she didn't know personally; she looked confused when Logan said something. He smirked and threw his legs over the bed and ran a hand through his hair, leaning his elbow against his knee he rested against his palm and glanced her way. "Any excuse."
"What?" Alethea actually frowned his way and watched him stand and look at her with a knowing smirk and at tilted head. Alethea let out an exclaim, "Seriously?! Yeah, thanks for the glimpse of all of that last night, Logan. But go get ready!" She shouted, hand gesturing in his general direction and him as a whole, she earned a chuckle from him and knowing her cheeks were reddening wasn't helping matters. She wasn't even surprised he was making some joke about her wanting to see him topless again. "You're an idiot." She exclaimed shortly his way when the door was shut.
"Yeah, you've said." He didn't sound like he took her words seriously at all, in truth Alethea didn't mean it, she just rolled her eyes and shook her head when she heard the water of the shower kick in.
Sitting on her own, she looked towards the window. She couldn't help but feel troubled, wherever Raven was in the city, she was waking to the same sky, the same sun, was she clear headed and minded over what her task was? Had she made peace with the fact that she was just going to hunt someone out and point blank shoot them? The thought made Alethea wince, had Raven done similar things when hanging around Erik all that time? Honestly, the more she thought about it the more she felt unsettled.
Everyone had a limit; Alethea wasn't that stupid as to think such a thing didn't exist. But how much prompting would someone need to step across that threshold? Biting her lip in thought, she looked up when the door opened, thankfully a dressed Logan appeared rubbing a towel against his hair. Through doing this, he managed to peek out and see her expression. He looked about the room, everything was the same and it wasn't like she could've just had a conversation mentally with Charles to make her look so concerned.
