"mom I'm leaving for school" I called out to my mom running down the stairs getting a peice of toast and heading towards the door

"wait sweetheart let me talk to you for a second" mom said running up to me and grabbing my hand leading me to the living room

"so you have been getting close to Luke and I Just want to say, that at some point you are going to have to tell him soon" okay here it goes, the talk I get from both mom and dad with every single person I be-friend

"yeah mom I know I'll tell him when I ready okay" I replied getting up

"I just wanted t-" I stoped her "yeah well mom I want to enjoy his company before he leaves me like everyone else" I replied to her and slammed the door

"wow there beautiful why so angry" I jumped to look up to see a boy standing at the bottom of my porch stairs

"oh sorry I just got angry at my mom, didn't mean to be loud" I took a good look at him, he was pale with blue eyes and dark hair, which did look good on him

" i don't think we had a proper introduction, hi I'm Lance Cape and I'm your next door neighbor" Lance held out his hand

"well Lance, I'm Michael and it's nice to meet you" I replied shaking his hand

In the corner of my eye I see Luke come out of his house

"well lance my friend is ready to take me to school, so i'll talk to you later Lance" I wave goodbye and walk to Luke

'hey Michael who was that" Luke asked as we stat walking to school

"he is my next door neighbor, he just happened to see me slam my front door" I say to him

" oh why did you slam your door, are you okay" Luke replied oddly fast

"oh it's nothing, just me and my mom had an small fight and I got frustrated at her and let it out on my front door, yeah but it's fine now" I really don't want to tell Luke yet cause I really like him and i don't want to scare him away from me

Michael looks really deep in thought, should I talk to confront him or keep it until and better time. I mean I don't want to leave this off, this sounds like a big deal. he left hints in his quotes and his song. I want to help him and fix him

"well Luke I'll see you in Music" Michael said and left

what am I gonna do in this situation, either I can talk to him about it now or do it later, I mean he might not want to tell me and this might just build up inside him, what if he hates me for confronting him, what if he hates me for not confronting him

"hey are you Luke, Michael friend" I look over to see the boy Michael was talking to

" Um yeah I am, who must you be" I asked

" I'm Lance and I happen to run into Michael this morning and I asked around and heard you were his friend, so I wanted to ask you things about him" Lance said

" um why do you need me to answer,these are for Michael" I might have been rude, but I don't have a good felling about him

"well I'm the school newspaper and since Michael is in senior classes and we both have the same first period I was wondering if we could talk" lance said

I nodded and we started walking to first period

I'm now in music waiting for Michael to come in
