The only green you'll know is my brown eyes

Because I can breathe without you
I just forgot how to do that,
When we were together I didn't need that,
So please before you leave
Teach me again how to breathe by my own
Or I'll just suffocate
Until you come back to me again;
But 'till then,
Please Don't forget me
Let me live in your mind until you catch your last breath
So when you'll be in your forties
You'll still miss me,
As you pass by all the places we have been twenty years before, and you'll want to shatter all those buildings, all those statues, watch them crumble under your hands cause you don't want to see them if I'm not there holding your hand.
As you smell my scent on another woman, and you'll remember how you used to place your head in the crock of my neck breathing my perfume so you could feel alive again, since when you don't?
Or as you walk your way home after work you see a woman with red hair, and you'll look at your hands and you'll feel the need to cut them off your arms, 'cause you can't bare the thought of never touching my red hair ever again.
Or even as you see some green eyes, and you will go so mad you'll want to rip those eyes off that random person cause that ain't the shade of my eyes, the only green you'll know is my brown eyes.
Or as a white pale woman passes next to you and you'll turn your head back to watch that flawless white feeling your eyes starting to burn more and more as you watch her skin, and the only thing you'll want to do is flay that skin because you can't live thinking that was one of the reasons you fell in love with me, and now you can't see the contrast of our skin color anymore.
Or even as you marry some woman,
who will remember you of me that will be the only reason you  will get with her so you can at least have the illusion of staying with me,
And then you'll name your daughter after me;
The great final act of the most miserable man
Who wasn't able to keep me.
