"Okay, Softpaw, go see what you can catch."

Softpaw padded off to an area with some shrubbery she could hide in while stalking prey. She opened her mouth to scent the air and identified the scent of mouse. She dropped into the hunter's crouch and began to stalk towards it. When she was about two tail-length away from it, she pounced, and quickly delivered a killing bite, before it could squeal and alert any other prey.

When she had caught a rabbit and another mouse, she heard Leafpaw's voice. "Hey, Softpaw," he called to her, "Has Speklehert told you about these delicious berries?", he asked, holding out bright red berries. "They're called sweetberries."

Softpaw narrowed her eyes. "Is this a trick again? Do they taste bad?" Leafpaw shook his head. "I swear by StarClan they taste fine, but if you don't like them for some reason, don't eat any more."

"Sounds reasonable," meowed Softpaw, bending over to eat some.

As she swallowed, she stood up and grabbed her prey. "Thanks, but I don't really like them."

She headed towards Spekleheart and dropped her prey. Suddenly, she felt dizzy, and out of nowhere, everything went black. The last thing she remembered happening was the geering of Leafpaw and Grasspaw, Spekleheart yowling in alarm, and the worried questions of Shinepaw and Featherpaw.
