Chapter Thirteen~ Can we just grieve ??

Recap : the three of them , Grace , Jane and Alex gonna try taking there town back

JANE'S POV

I walk beside Grace, with my gun close to my hip (sketching in the distance) we keep walking ignoring the noise coming from the distance, i hear the footsteps of those things running across the roofs, I ignore and keep moving, I reach for Graces hand with my free one she accepts and gives me a small squeeze, my feet leave imprints on the snow.
The sketching gets louder, a whole crowd of them stand in front of us we stop, I let go of Grace's hand and hold my gun up so do the others, Aidan stands in front of them as if he's in charge "I told you " he says with a smirk "no matter what we will always find you we have our ways you know" , Aidan tells us "JUST SHUT UP" Grace yells "don't you get it, were done with your games all of your bullshit were done with you all cause like seriously you never know when the sun will finally come back up so your all screwed absolutely fucking screwed" Grace tells him pissed of, Aidan starts laughing "oh I know princess" he says with a smirk "but you seem to forget that where smarter ,faster and so much more" Aidan tells her while chuckling "so what you gonna do bout that princess" he tells her "beat your ass ,put a bullet in that stupid head of yours, maybe it knock some sense into it that so called brain your meant to have well that's if your lucky" Grace tells him "hmm maybe you might want to reconsider that once you see this" Aidan tells her ,
A body moves through the crowd I see brown hair that hold flowers and her pale skin ,their stands my best friend Cailssa , "CAILSSA" I hear Alex yell, I see Alex step forward to get to her ,i hug his waist putting my head against his back "its not her Alex remember we buried her" I whisper so he can hear me, "she's gone Alex I'm sorry" I whisper, i hear Alex breath hitch , I feel like my legs could give out on me that I could fall any moment "What did you do to my sister you sick prick" Alex questions, I let go of his waist "I fixed her" he says while laughing, "your an sick asshole you know, can't you just let us morn in fucking piece?" I question, making sure my gun is loaded I point the gun and aim it at what used to be my best friend "are you really gonna shot me Jane your own best friend" she asks me "your not her anymore" i say a tear goes down my face "I'm sorry Cailssa" I whisper I pull the trigger, the bullet piece's through her head ,her body falls to the ground , but this time its all my fault, Aidan just laughs

Graces POV
Jane pulls the trigger the bullet goes right into Cailssa's head, her body lies on the ground again twice in a day, I aim my gun at Aidan, a laughing Aidan , he stops laughing when he notices my gun pointed at him ,"Grace it doesn't have to be like this" he tells me "no it doesn't but I once promised a friend I would put him out of pain ,so I'm returning a favor keeping a promise" I explain , "but Grace I'm not in pain anymore I'm happy, I'm so much stronger healthier even" he says trying to reason with me , "No your not your a vampire " I say pulling the trigger, the bullet fly's piercing right through his shoulder ,I pull the trigger again it hits his stomach, Aidan keeps dogging the bullets, Jane and Alex start shorting as well, slowly bodies fall to the ground, I keep an eye on Aidan's body other bodies step in front of him and take the bullets for him, the 'vampire's' start running at us we keep shooting but can't really keep up with how many their are, they form a sort of a shield around Aidan, I have no clue why they would protect him.

I hear more gun fire go off it comes from across the street, other survivors have joined us in trying to take them down, slowly bodies fall but more show up somehow

So finally chapter 13 , yea yea I know I'm a bitch but uh well , if any of you could give me feedback I would really apatite it
