"Abhira.. Abhiraa.." Armaan entered the room frantically, his voice fading, heart in his mouth as he saw Abhira lying on the floor, unconscious and unresponsive.

He was by her side in quick strides and crouched down, enveloping his wife in his arms and quickly making her lie down on the bed.

"Abhira! Abhira! Wake up! Don't do this to me, baby.. Abhira!" He pat her cheeks, his voice shaking and full of fear, sprinkling water on her face and warming her hands. "I'm sorry! I'm sorry!" He kept on murmuring the same, rubbing his hands on her cold palms.

"KRISH! AARYAN! CHACHU!" He came to a quick realisation that he needed help and screamed for the same.

All three of them came inside the room, having sensed the urgency in Armaan's voice, followed by Charu, Kiara, and Manisha.

"Oh my God! Abhira! Armaan, what happened to my bachhi?" Manisha began in a panicked voice, taking the empty space on the bed beside Abhira and caressed her face and hair.

"Pata nahi Chachi Sa. But I'm sure she heard Ma's words and was crying. When I came in, she was lying on the floor." Armaan had begun to cry by now, his voice cracking with every sentence he spoke, and tears rolled down his eyes.

Meanwhile, Manoj had called up the doctor who was already reaching the place.

The Chorus Gang stood in the corner, scared for their beloved Bhabhi and Bhaiya.

Armaan continued to hold Abhira and brought warmth to her hands and feet, continuously muttering, "I'm sorry, Baby. Please be okay."

The doctor soon arrived, and after a quick examination of Abhira, she injected her with glucose.

"Mr. Poddar, It's not very serious right now, but it may grow into something scary if not paid attention. She had a very low BP and seems very dehydrated. Low blood pressure caused her to faint and what was causing the body to turn cold. I want you to make sure she's having all her meals in a timely manner and is not taking a lot of stress or crying. I also think there's a history of anxiety and panic attacks because her breath seemed shaky when I tested." The doctor articulated.

"Yes, Doctor. Her mom, too, suffered from panic attacks. I know I haven't been paying enough attention, but I will ensure that this never happens again. I won't let anything happen to my Abhira. Thank you for coming on such short notice. Krish, please drop Dr. Neha back home."  He caressed her hair, tucking them behind her ears, her face gaining back the color post injection.

"She'll be absolutely fine, Armaan. Don't you worry, beta. But I implore you to think of how you plan on improving the situation with Jethani Sa. I don't think she can handle any more of her poisonous words." Manisha patted both of their heads, and Armaan nodded, agreeing with her words fully.

He continued to look at her, gave her occasional pecks on the forehead, knuckles, and whispered I love yous. He got out of his office clothes, wearing something comfortable and climbed on bed, brought Abhira closer to him, wrapping his arms around her waist and touching his chest with her back. "I'll do something as soon as I can, Abhira. You don't worry now. I'll protect you." He muttered and placed a featherlike kiss on her soft cheek.

Sometime later, Abhira woke up in a haze, her thoughts blurred and mind cloudy as she sensed her husband breathing softy behind her.

"Armaan?" She croaked, her voice hoarse.
