The Ninjas New Home

Frantically spinning in circles, I tried to find Ky. A block became present in my throat, making me choke on my own breath. Coughing up phlegm, I attracted the attention of Liam and Vincent, who came dashing over to my side. "Hey girl, what's wrong?" Liam's tone changed from calm to a slight panic.

"I can't find Ky, I haven't seen him since we left. What about you guys." Both stare at each other for a brief second before turning back to me. Vincent whistled to get Jack and Noah's attention. They both ran over here, panting out of breath.

"Skye can't find Ky, and we didn't realize till just now that he isn't actually with us." Vincent's eye appeared more scared, disappointed in his voice. "Any clue where he could have gone?" Vincent continues.

"What if he followed Zane?" I piped up. The stare they all gave me, I felt my whole body froze on the spot. "They are father and son. It's the only thing I could think of. "

My breaths went sharp and shallow. My chest was feeling heavy as my sight became blurry. All of them staring at me made me feel as if I did something wrong. I tried to regain my strength by taking deep breaths, but it caused me to freak out. My vision became dark as I felt my body collapse, but firm arms caught me before I reached the floor.

Darkness consumed me, with one speck of light ahead. Reaching for it, I see a figure in the distance. Their mouth moves but I can't hear anything. Rumbles erupted from the ground, and I felt the power shift through my body. My hand and arm start shaking, and when I look down, the colour of my veins starts turning black. The power of earth trying to control my entire body.

I continue trying to reach in front of me. Their arm seems outstretched as if they were trying to reach me. The speck of light was slowly fading, which meant I didn't have a lot of time before the darkness would consume me completely. I don't know who this figure was, but it seems to be my only way out to reach the light.

My body was still weak, I tried running towards the figure but collapsed when I got halfway to them. I'm not losing, not like this! Picking my feet up from the floor and running towards the figure, jumping at the last second. As I do this, the figure wrapped me in their embrace.

Gasping for air, as I opened my eyes, I realised I'm embraced in one of the ninjas' bodies. He was comfy and felt warm, I could stay here for ages. Snuggle my head deeper into their chest, and hear a slight chuckle and voice in the background. One of my hands moved up and laid right on his chest as I felt my hand stroking his chest up and down.

Before I even gained full control of my body, I lifted my head up and kissed his cheek. I didn't even know who it was! My body is doing this on its own, but my mind is still mine. Why can't I move? What's stopping me? Maybe if I tried harder?

With my mind, I tried thinking of the parts of my body I would control. After a short while, I was able to move my body, but as that moment approached, whoever was carrying me had put me down. Using the last of my strength, I twist and grab him by the arm. I'm looking up and was faced with Noah.

We made eye contact straight away. His face was bright red. He pulled away and started walking off. "Noah, wait, I..." Before I could finished he disappeared.

Looking around, we were in what looked like a boat. Find a wall, I lean my back on it and slide my body down so I'm sitting on the ground. Pulling my knees up, I placed my head on them and just cried. My whole body was shaking, and I couldn't stop myself from crying. I just kept saying the same words over and over again. "I'm sorry. I'm so sorry."

I could hear the conversations around through my cries all about how this was the ninjas' new home, and this is where we would be staying. But that's all I could hear. I was so embarrassed and so scared that I had just ruined something that I don't even know what it is we have.

I felt something for that boy, I don't know what he was doing to me. But I definitely felt something for him.
