The WHOLE plot of wish 2

3 years have passed in the city of rosas.

Asha is telling the story of the first movie to a bunch of new kids that have come to Rosas before running off. We'd cut to Asha talking with her friends, probably about life and work before leaving to meet a very tired Amaya. Turns out Amaya pulled an all-nighter again since her new husband was busy entertaining royals... again, but the queen tells her not to worry. Asha then asked about the queens shoulder? And is told it still hurts, but she's doing okay with the tea medicine (Mulan reference). Today a wish ceremony happens for some people in the city that know what they want to wish for.

Wish ceremonies are now very different: no one forgets their wish and Asha instead asked how they'd like their wish to be granted, incorporating the many different ways people make wishes (example wishing wells or tying a ribbon to a tree) it will then be saved as what they choose, this let's people presume it themselves.

That night it cuts to a very out of it magnifico trapped in the mirror, he's just laying in the ground, covering his ears as he tries to sleep. The black void begins to crack and light shines through, next thing he notices is that he's out of the mirror and in the dongen. While he is incredibly confused, he feels a powerful hunger take over since the magic from the mirror keeping him in a sort of purgatory state is gone, and finds his way to the kitchen, where he proceeds to eat nearly all the food he can get his hands on. This is how Asha, her friends, and Amaya find him. They tie him and head to the library to figure out how he escaped the mirror. While looking around, Asha sees that Amaya still has the forbidden book in the underground lab, and Amaya explains she's been studying the book's history.
It's said a long time ago this book was made by a powerful sorcerer, who went around the world collecting all kinds of dangerous or dark magic. Unfortunately, the purpose for the book's creation was unknown, as the creator disappears without a trace, leaving the book to wander the lands. The book fell into many hands, but all who tried to use it went mad, often losing themselves and falling victim to its dark magic, as if you embrace forbidden magic once, you'll be bound to it for life. The only cure was to lose all the owners magical abilities... or death.

This! This explains everything... well not how he was able to get free from the mirror, but why he did a 180 and went all crazy. Asha thinks they should give magnifico a second chance, and Amaya agrees... but her friends are sceptical, since he still willingly used the book, but she gets the best of them, so they cave and agree. Balor (Amaya's new husband) has come back by now and is fully against it, saying they need to have him beheaded, but Amaya shuts him down, still angry from before. So they go to Magnifico and Amaya puts on the whole 'queen act', saying they'll give him another chance, and explains the whole situation with the book to him... to his delight. So a plan is made, Magnifico will work with Dahlia in the kitchen until it's certain he's changed and has no lingering effects from the book, and will also stay out of sight to not worry any of the townspeople.

That night Magnifico goes into the woods to process... everything that has happened, but it's a lot to take in, and he keeps hearing things... and Valentinos there being annoying, which he unknowingly uses his power so he loses the ability to talk, then runs off. The voices get louder, and louder! (Insert a demonic version of this wish here) He ends up looking into the sky, then screams, sending a powerful magic energy blast that destroys the land around him, but it's followed up by a star in the sky glows, and everyone in rosas sees it and feels both energies, we see Amaya feeling pain as she checks her scar, Asha looking scared up at the sky seeing star is gone, and Balor looking confused. Then down comes Star himself.
Magnifico freaks out at the sight of the star and runs, not aware of the damage he just did, but Star finds him. The animals from the last movie come by and almost start singing 'I'm a star' again, but Magnifico quickly shuts that down! He already knows about the whole "we come from stars" thing... because he studied the stars, this also means he can understand Star, like Asha... just more clearly. Star flys off into the city and Magnifico chases after him. They wander around the city and Magnifico is struggling to not lose it again after he realised it's been 3 years in that mirror, and everything changed. While sulking, the star tries to cheer him up, but nearly knocks over a statue of Amaya... that's until magnifico stops it from falling. Here is where Magnifico realises he can fly! They put the statue back and he's overjoyed by the ability to fly. He tries to make a wish to no avail, he keeps trying until Star throws pixie dust at him. (Insert a song here) and magnifico get used to flying with stars help, and flies around the city all night.
