I wasn't able to understand anything.
After everything that happened between us, I didn't know what to do.
I spoke to myself,
"Why am I like this? I have done many scenes before, and kisses were normal, but.....why is this making me feel so nervous? Why does Theo make me feel like.....any other person CAN'T?"
"Because you LOVE him."
I heard a familiar voice.
I turned & saw Jasmine.
She heard me.
I ignored what she said.
"Come on, Jass....It's-It's nothing like th-"
"Hey Shel, I know you from when we were like five. I know you better than anyone else. I know what is on your mind. Even if you didn't tell me, I have noticed everything. How much you love Theo. The way he looks at you & your gaze, always searching for him. You have found solace in him, love in him. I have seen you both. You both are alive with each other. And as far as I know, this is what love looks like."
Without saying a word, I left my vanity.
Thoughts running in my mind. Jass' words in my head replaying again & again.
