(time skip 1 year)

"YOU'RE TAKING ME to see floating lanterns? Like in Tangled?" I ask Pedri.

It was our 4 year anniversary and Pedri had taken me out on one of the best dates i've ever been on. We were both now in the car and that's when he told me where we were going.

"Yep." He said, lifting one hand of the steering wheel and intertwined our fingers.

"I've always wanted to go to something like that. Ever since I was a kid." I say, squeezing his hand.

"I know, you told me a few years ago." He said, glancing at me with a smile.

"You remember?"

"Of course I do. I remember everything you tell me." He pulls his hand out mine and gently rests it on my thigh, patting it lightly.

"Oh wow." I say, turning to face to him. He glanced at me again, smiling at me. "I love you."

"I love you too, Ami." He said. He stopped the car and turned to me. He leaned forward and pressed a kiss to my cheek. "Come on."

I smile at him and get out the car, shutting the door softly behind me.

Pedri walked round the car and slipped his arm around me, pulling me close to him.

We walked down to where the lanterns were, a few already in the sky.

A lantern was passed to me and Pedri. I took it and looked at it. It was gorgeous.

Pedri's arm wrapped tightly around my waist, bringing me into his chest. He pressed a kiss on my shoulder before resting his chin on it.

I turned my head to look at him. "Thank you for taking me here."

Pedri removed his arms from my waist and smiled at me. "You're welcome, Amaia."

I turned around, my back towards him. The lantern was lit so all I had to do was let go of it for it to be in the sky. I let go of it, softly pushing it into the sky.

I watched it float through the sky, knocking into other lanterns. My smile suddenly fell when I realised that Pedri didn't get to release it in the sky with me.

I turned around, "Hey, you didn't- oh my God."

"Amaia Lopez." Pedri was down on one knee in front of me. "I can't believe how lucky I am to have you. From the moment I laid my eyes on you, something inside me knew you'd be the one I would marry. You're everything to me. I want to spend the rest of my life with you, and Elsie. I can't imagine not being with you. I love you, Amaia, will you marry me?"

"Yes. Oh my God, Yes."

I hurried forward, wrapping my arms tightly around Pedri. His arms wrapped around my waist, bringing me into him. I pulled away from the hug and smashed my lips on his.

"I love you, so much." I mumbled against his lips.

"Good, I love you too."
