The night was still, but inside Shivansh’s mind, a storm brewed. The small clues, the half-truths—everything pointed to something more, something he couldn’t yet grasp. As he stood at the balcony of his office, overlooking the city lights, his thoughts drifted to Ruhi. She had been distant lately, yet closer than ever. There was a shift in her, a subtle change that he couldn’t ignore.

In her office, Ruhi stared at the laptop screen, her heart heavy with the weight of what was coming. She had always known the moment would arrive when the truth—her truth—would threaten everything. And yet, she wasn’t afraid of losing Shivansh. She was terrified of how he would see her once the illusion shattered.

Ruhi’s POV: "I can't keep running forever," she thought, her fingers nervously tapping against the desk. She closed her eyes, the memories of their shared laughter flooding her mind. Shivansh had always been her weakness, but she couldn't let that break her. No, she wouldn’t. Her love wasn’t just affection—it was possession, an all-consuming need to have him. But would he understand that? Could he love her even after knowing her darkest side?

Shivansh’s POV: Shivansh had never doubted Ruhi, but now—something was different. He could feel the distance, sense the secrets she carried. He trusted her, but trust wasn’t enough anymore. "What are you hiding, Ruhi?" he whispered to himself. He couldn’t shake the feeling that whatever she was keeping from him would change everything. And yet, he couldn’t leave her. No matter what, he wouldn’t let her go.

The next morning, they met for coffee. There was an unspoken tension between them. Shivansh could feel her retreating behind the walls she had built. Ruhi could see the doubt in his eyes, the questions he didn’t dare ask yet.

“Shiv, we need to talk,” Ruhi said, breaking the silence. Her voice was calm, but inside, she was screaming.

“I’ve been waiting for that,” Shivansh replied, his tone gentle but firm. He reached for her hand, his touch steady as ever. “Whatever it is, we’ll face it together. You know that, right?”

Ruhi’s heart clenched. Will he really stand by me when he knows everything? She hesitated, the words on the tip of her tongue, but she couldn’t say them. Not yet.

“Not everything is as simple as it seems,” she whispered, her voice barely audible.

“I know,” Shivansh said, his eyes searching hers. “But I trust you. Just tell me when you’re ready.”

They sat in silence, the weight of unspoken truths hanging heavy in the air. Shivansh’s heart raced as he wondered what could be so dark that it kept Ruhi trapped in her own mind. And in the back of his own thoughts, he felt the haunting presence of his own secret, the truth that would shatter them both if it ever came to light.

Ruhi squeezed his hand, her resolve hardening. She wouldn’t let anything—or anyone—take Shivansh away from her. Not Vikram, not the past, not even the truth. But as the moment passed, she realized one thing: she couldn’t keep hiding forever.

Cliffhanger Ending: The scene ends with Ruhi standing to leave the café, glancing over her shoulder with a final, cryptic remark:

“Some truths, Shiv... they can break you.”

Shivansh watches her walk away, the words echoing in his mind. Little did they know, both of their secrets were about to collide—and when they did, nothing would ever be the same.
