Later that night, Diana arrived home at her condo unit after Minnie's driver dropped her off from the bar. The two friends were drunk but not completely wasted. They were able to hold back, as both still had work the next morning.

She was about to sleep when her phone started ringing. At first, she ignored it but it rang again. It kept on ringing.

"Who the fuck are you?!" she roared.

Despite her irritation at being disturbed so late at night, she still checked her phone. It was her father. Her irritation immediately disappeared.

"Hello, dad?" she slurred.

A few seconds of silence.

"You're drunk?" her father, Romeo Young, asked. Disapproval was clear in his voice.

"I only drank a little, dad. Don't worry. And I was with Minnie. We're both adults now."

He only harrumphed and didn't comment about her drunk state anymore. He immediately went straight to the reason of his call.

"The hacker I talked to said that his group couldn't trace KittyBaby's identity. The person behind that account is very careful," he said.

"That hacker sucks, dad. Can't even do something so simple."

She was looking forward to learning about the person behind KittyBaby, but it turned out that the hacker her father contacted was useless.

"You shut your mouth!" his angry voice shouted at her on the phone.

Diana's eyes widened, shocked at her father's fury. She didn't understand why he would be so mad at her for telling the truth. The hacker couldn't trace a simple anonymous account. Wasn't that incompetence, especially for a hacker?

She could hear her father trying to calm himself on the other end of the line by taking a few deep breaths. A few moments later, he spoke again.

"Don't ever say that again. Do you hear me? You can anger anyone, including me, but don't ever anger those hackers."

"Huh?"

The drunk Diana didn't understand why her father sounded so paranoid.

"Let's not talk about this anymore," he said in a calmer tone. "We have to focus on your mission there. Your mother and I spent so much time, effort and resources in order to get you the CMO position. But look at your current situation! I'm very disappointed by your lack of progress!"

Diana's expression immediately soured.

Her father continued, "That move you made with Minnie was so stupid! You graduated from a world-class Ivy League university but you acted like a dumb teenage girl! Use your brains!"

"Dad...I know already. You don't have to rub salt in my wounds," she said through gritted teeth.

"You need to do something about your current situation or all the effort our family, the Youngs, and your mother's family made for you will be for naught. We are all counting on you to become the next Madam. Your mother and I already made things easier for you by getting you promoted directly to an executive position instead of following the regular route of starting from the bottom at the main headquarters," he told her.

Diana's mind wasn't very clear because of her drunkenness. Despite this, she still forced herself to focus on what her father was saying.

"Yes, dad. I know. I'm grateful for your help and mom's. I just...things just went out of my control. I'm in a tight spot right now. Lisa refuses to talk to me. Even when some of the uncles and aunties from the Manoban branch families who are also members of the board of directors complained directly to him, he didn't budge. He warned them instead to not give me any special treatment." Then her face scrunched up and she burst into tears. "Daaad! I love Lisa so much but he's ignoring me!! It hurts so much!!!"

Her father sighed softly, as he let her cry. When her sobs eased a bit, he spoke in a gentle voice.

"You always told your mother and I that marrying Lisa is your dream. Who said that dreams are achieved so easily? You have to work hard and fight for it," he told her. "You're a strong and smart woman, and most importantly, you're Romeo Young's daughter. We, the Youngs, never accept defeat. We always fight to be on top. If Lisa doesn't love you, then you'll just have to make him fall for you regardless of the method."

Diana wiped her tears and blew her nose with a tissue. Her father's advice was calming her down.

"Yes, dad. I understand. My dream is to become Lisa's wife and the next Madam. I'll achieve it no matter the cost."

He made a sound of approval. "If you become Madam Manoban, all of us Youngs will instantly become one of the top families in Singapore. At the moment, we're only known as the caretakers of Manoban Corporation's Singapore branch. But if you marry Lisa, we'll become one family with the Manobans connected by marriage. Not to mention that your children, who'll have the Young blood in their veins, will stand in the line of succession to inherit Manoban Corporation after Lisa. Then wouldn't that make us, the Youngs, the next power to lead Manoban Corporation? We wouldn't have to satisfy ourselves with a mere branch anymore. We'll have the entire company!"

"Yes, dad." Diana said with a faint smile on her drunken face.

Although what she wanted the most was the man, Lisa himself, it would be a lie to say that she didn't covet the position and accompanying wealth of the title Madam. Not only would she lift her own status but also her entire family's—both the Youngs in Singapore and her mother's side of the family in the country.

Romeo Young changed the topic of their conversation.

"I already asked a few experts to help us investigate who Lis's fiancée is. You should also continue asking around there. Lisa must have placed her in tight protection because we can't even get any leads about her real identity. Sometimes I'm starting to think that he's just faking it and there's no real fiancée," he said.

Diana released a sigh of regret. "How I wish that there isn't a fiancée. But I've talked to the slut on the phone and my female intuition tells me that she wasn't faking it when she claimed to be Lisa's fiancée. I bet she was even fucking him when I called! I could tell by their voices. That slut!"

Then she started whining to her father. "Why is Lisa fucking that slut, dad? It should be ME! I'm the one he should be fucking! I don't want him to fuck that slut anymore or fuck other ones! He's mine! Dad, I want Lisa to fuck me so bad!!!"

Romeo Young almost choked on his own tongue, as he started violently coughing after hearing what his own daughter just said.

"Dad? Hello, dad? Are you okay?" she asked, slurring once again.

"Y-you're drunk," was all he could say after his violent coughing stopped.

Indeed, Diana felt drunker. All her inhibitions were thrown out of the window, even when talking to her own father.

Before she could start mindlessly talking about "fucking" once again, he immediately diverted her attention from the explicit topic.

"We should find out who his fiancée is. It would be better if we know her identity before Lisa introduces her to the public. The earlier we know, the sooner we can get rid of her."

Diana started a round of drunken giggling. "We're going to get rid of her? Yes, yes. We should get rid of her."

"Don't worry about that woman anymore. Just focus on your mission of seducing Lisa," he advised his daughter. "No matter who that woman is, she's still a nobody. Our family has the strongest support. If Lisa is really smart, he should be choosing you and cooperate with us or he'll have to face against one of the most dangerous powers in the world."

The drunk Diana didn't understand what her father was talking about. "Huh, what? Strongest support? Who?"

"Don't ask too many questions. Just do what you need to do, alright?"

By this time, she was already feeling sleepy.

"Alright... Dad, I promise you...I'll marry Lisa...and become Madam Manoban...and then..." She giggled. "And then I'll fuck him very hard. Harder than how that slut fucks him."

Her eyes closed and she fell asleep, dreaming about doing just that with Lisa.
