Ch. 44

Knuckles proved to be by Azuras side while sticking with her and becoming the murderer for the Violent Violets.

He would kill anyone to please Azura 'who was impressed by his loyalty to her even though she doesn't show it'.

When the ninth month came, Azura gave birth to a baby girl.

Just after Azuras child was born, Knuckles proposed to her and she said yes in a cold tone.

Their wedding took place in the same church as Sonia, Rouge, and Shadow had their wedding at.

Their wedding night was blissful but it woulda been more blissful if Azura didn't act so 'emo'.

But to Knuckles she acts like a seductive actress like you see in those detective movies.

She loved Knuckles but she couldn't show it.

Although Knuckles knew Azura loved him again.

(10 years later)

Sonia was just finishing her work before Lucinda burst into the room and said, "Mother! Tessa is shooting targets without me again!"

Sonia replied, "Lucinda how many time do I haft to tell you? Complain to Aunt Azura not me. Tessa is your cousin not your sister."

Shadow 'hearing the conversation' said, "Speaking of which. Lucinda check on Vivian and then check to see if your soon to be husband is here."

Lucinda sighed deeply and said, "Okay Dad."

She walks off 'muttering how she ended having a cousin that can shoot a little too well.'

That was when a Ruby red hedgehog with light purple and light green eyes appeared with an attitude expression.

Sonia looks at her and asked, "Where is your mother Tessa?"

Tessa answered, "Where do you think Aunty? They're taking care of my little brother 'Todo'."

Sonia sighed happily and stressfully and said, "Jealous much aren't you Tessa? Ever since Todo is born you keep getting jealous. I mean he's 2 years old."

That was when a bright blue 2 year old little hedgechidna with bright purple eyes toddled into the room as Knuckles and Azura entered.

Tessa walks to them as she said, "Mama? Papa?"

Knuckles asked, "We heard the whole thing but why didn't you just tell us?"

Tessa answered, "I dunno how."

Sonia asked as she smiled, "Remind you of anyone sis?"

Azura smiled a little and replied, "Yeah..."

That was when Tessa asked, "Mama? Papa? Can you watch me during my fighting lessons when it starts this afternoon?"

Azura and Knuckles looked at each other before Tessa protested, "Come on, you promised."

Azura answered, "Of course. Mind playing with your brother a little?"

Tessa 'sighs' answered, "Yes Mama."

That was when Tessa asked, "Geez. I don't get it. You two don't show love. How the heck did you both end up together?"

Knuckles looks at his wife before looking at his daughter and answered, "Let's just say we had a certain 'rough' ride when our relationship began and it was tough at first but it was worth her love."

Azura looks at him 'although a sparkle was in her right eye'.

Tessa shrugged before she said to Todo, "Come on Todo let's go."

The two walked off as Sonia chuckled and asked, "They are so you. When will you both act like actual lovers?"

Azura chuckled quietly but said nothing.

Knuckles muttered, "Like that will be the day. But I know she loves me."

Azura sighed with a smile before she kissed Knuckles on the cheek 'which really surprised him'.

Azura winks at him and said, "I'm gonna go check on the kids. Who knows? We'll make another one tonight."

She walks off as Knuckles replied, "She's starting to show it I knew she would. I love you Azura."

Sonia muttered while chuckling and shaking her head, "Those two..."

To this day, Azura finally showed her love for Knuckles and the red echidna was happy she is finally showing her expressions.

It won't be long until tonight when they try for a third child and the mafia will grow powerful and stronger.
