Welp... Frisk just didn't know something... Sans remembers every reset she did, what's more strange is that he's friends with Flowey, Chara and the other souls (Flowey and Chara don't know about the fact that Sans is friends with the souls).
But, how did Sans gain the ability to remember? Is it really just a coincidence?

Then they discovered history from other au's.
