When the morning came, you decided to go along with Sanji and Chopper to search for Robin. After what happened last night, it was an understatement to say that you were gloomy.
As soon as the duel between Luffy and Usopp ended, your friends decided to evacuate the Merry, move into town and rent a hotel for the night. The Merry had been left by the cape.
At least Usopp had a place to stay. It was up to him to do whatever he wanted with the Merry.
Just before you had left the hotel in order to search for Robin, you found out that Iceberg, the mayor of Water Seven, was almost assassinated last night. Franky, the man who was in charge of the Franky Family and was at fault for Usopp's shift in inferiority, was the main culprit, according to rumors.
You heard from Nami and Luffy that Iceberg was a nice guy. He even had a pet mouse. So who would want to kill him?
As long as the blame wasn't shifted onto you guys, it'd be fine. Right?
"ATTENTION, PLEASE."
The speakers set up all around Water Seven began to speak, a voice of urgency warning you from the other side.
"THIS IS THE WATER SEVEN WEATHER FORECASTING CENTER. AN AQUA LAGUNA HAS JUST BEEN ISSUED FOR THE ENTIRE ISLAND. ITS ARRIVAL TIME AT WATER SEVEN IS ESTIMATED TO BE AFTER MIDNIGHT TONIGHT."
One of the many residents of the city began to run around, waving his arm through the air to signal attention towards himself. "Hey! Aqua Laguna is coming! Let those who didn't hear the warning yet know! No more working today!"

"What was it about? Of course it's... Oh, are you a traveler? Well, you came here at a bad time," He replied with a smile, though he spoke of it being a 'bad time', apparently. "Aqua Laguna is a storm surge. Make sure you evacuate to high ground. This town will be submerged in the sea."
Sanji's eyes widened, "This town will be submerged...?"
"Don't worry. It's not going to happen right away. According to the forecast, it'll be here around midnight tonight. Well, this happens every year. Be careful!"
