Sera's POV
Maaga akong nagising dahil naninibago pa ako. Today is Monday and my first day of class. I immediately went to the cr to clean myself up.
During the weekend, I toured the whole academy by myself para na rin makabisado ko ang lahat. Hindi naman ako nahirapan with the help of my air magic.
After dressing up, wherein I wore a black sleeveless top na pinatungan ko ng black jacket and a black jean, I went downstairs. Andun kasi ang mini cafe ng Emberlight Quarters that offers food and beverages for students staying. And since I still didn't have my sect order yet, I can still wear civilian outfits.
The maiden elf greeted me as I descended. I just nod as a response at dumiretso sa cafe.
I only ordered a strawberry waffle and choco malt for breakfast. Then, I gave my ID to pay since it has a monthly allowance worth 2500 astrals, currency here in Eldriathor. I only knew about the allowance in the academy manual. The old hag didn't even bother to tell me everything.
My first class is 9 AM which is potions. After eating my breakfast, I immediately went to my room located in the Eldralis Hall. This is where the mix classes are conducted.
May mga estudyante akong nakakasabay na sa tingin ko ay papunta rin ng Eldralis. I just didn't mind their gaze as I walk. But before I arrived to the hall, an announcement came.
"Attention to all students, kindly proceed to the arena now. Classes are suspended for today. Thank you!"
I started to change direction papuntang arena. Pagdating ko doon ay namangha ako sa laki nito. Even though I toured about the different places in the academy, I wasn't able to enter all those places.
The arena is made of unexplainable stones. It looks like ruined but at the same time it isn't. Pagpasok ko ay I felt like a small ant sa laki nito. May apat pang tower na nakapalibot sa arena. There's a stage in the middle and some chairs below it where some magisters are already seated. Agad akong naglakad papunta sa mga upuan na nasa gitnang parte. I tried to blend with the other students pero huli kong napagtanto na they're wearing the school uniform. Dumb ass Sera.
Kaya pinagtitinginan tuloy ako. I just sat sa pinakahuling upuan na katabi nga aisle and ignored their presence. After a few minutes, halos mapuno na ang arena sa dami ng students. Every creature of Eldriathor are here. Enchanters, enchantresses, vampires, werewolves, fairies, and dwarves.
The vampires and dwarves can easily recognize because of their appearances. Vampires who are pale-looking people and dwarves with their pointed ears. The other creatures look like the same, a person. Duh.
Nabalik ako sa reyalidad when someone spoke.
"Hello Arcanes! Happy Monday!" Natatawang bati ni Valerius. Old hag.
Some students groaned, maybe because klase na naman. Other students greeted back and some giggled. What's wrong with them? Weird.
"Maybe you are wondering why you're all here. It is because we are welcoming some new students. And today is their elemental trial. Just like your elemental trial, you should also witness their trials." The fudge!
Di naman ako na orient na sa harap ng maraming tao gagawin ang elemental trial. Bwesit na Valerius yun. Andaming di sinabi. Nag headmaster pa yun.
"Don't worry. They are only five new students. And kahit na maaga silang matapos sa trial, classes won't resume. To call the students who are going to undergo the elemental trial, Magister Minerva will do the honor." Masama kong tinignan ang matandang yun na nakangiti lang sakin. Pero agad akong nagbawi ng tingin when a young lady emerges in the stage. She teleported.
