My sleep broke with a smile.
It's stupid but I'm continuously smiling.
After doing my morning routine, I got ready and went downstairs. The moment I stepped down the stairs, everyone shouted.
"Happy Birthday!!! "
I closed my eyes, and after some moment, I opened my eyes and found the smiling faces of my family.
I took a deep breath. "Thank you everyone."
Maasa came in front of me and kissed my forehead. "My baby turns 26 now. Beta, Abh shadi karlo. " (Beta, please get married.)
I looked at her in horror. "Maasa, I told you not to bring up this topic. "
