Vedant's POV

From my inside, I want to say yes.

But will it be good?

Of course, I'll be with her. My family will be with her. And I'll not let her face any problem.

"Okay. I'm ready for marriage."

Maasa and babasa smiled at me.

Maasa caressed my head.
"I've trust on you. I know you will never let her have any problem like your babasa never let me have any."

I smiled at her.

"To abh rishta kabh leke jaye?" Babasa said with a smile.

"Oh, god!! I've to do so many preparations." Maasa said.

"But what if Dhruv chachu deny?"

"We are here to make him approve. Don't be tense about this. And one thing, don't tell Vaneesha anything. I want to see her surprise look."

"But." I looked at Maasa and babasa both."Are you both happy?"

Both of them smiled at me.

"Of course, we are. She is perfect for you." Babasa said.

"Aur mein to uski paida hone ke pehle se aap dono ki shadi karwana chahti thi. You know I just love her. I can't wait to take her home. She is the best and no one is like her."
(And I wanted to get you both married even before she was born.)

Babasa stood and came to me. He caressed my head.
"We just want you happy. And we're proud of you that you chose Vaneesha as our daughter-in-law. I pray for both of your bright futures."

I smiled at him.

Suddenly my phone started ringing. I took out my phone from my pocket. It's Vaneesha.

Shit!!!

Her contact is saved as 'Baby💗'

I slowly looked at Babasa. He is trying his best not to smile. And Maasa is looking at me teasingly.

"Okay.Okay.We talked enough. Now go. Your baby is waiting for you."

Now maasa will tease me with this.

"Okay, Vedant. Go now. We will talk later."

I stood.
"Good Night."

I was near the door when Maasa said.
"Don't tell your baby anything."

"Somi!!"

I heard them from behind.

It'll continue now.

~

It was not like I was seeing our marriage as a problem. I was just thinking about Vaneesha.

She is young, still studying. Whatever we say, a married woman has to sacrifice many things and do many things against their own will. From my heart, I didn't want to face Vaneesha these things.
