Vedant's POV

"Aaaaaaa....Oh my god.Ved!!!!"

She is holding my bicep tightly and looking at the view in shock.

"How is it?"

"It's just wow. I never thought that I could also experience a view like this. It's so beautiful."

Maybe the rooms and the place are small, but the balcony is bigger than the room, and from the balcony, one can get the best view of the mountains of Udaipur.

"Ved, are we on a cliff?" she asked, still looking at the view.

I nodded.
"Yes."

"Oh my god."

"Come. " I slid the glass, and we both entered the balcony.

She closed her eyes and took a deep breath.

"It feels so refreshing."

She opened her eyes and stood in front of me.
"How did you find this place?"

I held her shoulder and took her forward.
"This is our mountain home where everything gives us peace. Babasa made this place after Vishakha was born. Most of the weekends passed here. Just four of us. We used to stay the whole day here. Vishakha and I used to play on the balcony, and Babasa and Maasa used to look at us from the swing. But after I went to Australia, we stopped coming here for our weekends. This place is small but peaceful. "

"Yes, It's just a few minutes since we came here, and I already feel peace. Thank you."

I smiled.

"But it's great that the balcony is bigger than the room. The view is fabulous. "

"We used to spend most of the time here."

We stood there like that for some moment and then I pulled out from her.
"You see the place. I heat the food."

She smiled and nodded.

I went to the kitchen area and started cleaning the plates and put the food on it. In the meantime, She started looking around the home.

"Ved, was it your room?"

I looked from the kitchen.
"Yes."

"Aww...it's so cute."

"But I don't stay in that room now."

She came towards the kitchen.
"You stay in this house?"

"Sometimes when I need some peace."

"In which room you stay?"

"That balcony one.It was babasa and maasa's before."

"Ohh...Aren't they angry with you? "

"Why?"

"Because you stay in their room."

I chuckled.
"No. They know that we all can't come here again together. So It's fine. This place is for our childhood. And it went well here. "

She nodded.

Then she came and looked at the food.
"Mujhe to khana dekhte hyi bhuk lagne lagi."
(I started feeling hungry just looking at the food.)

I chuckled.
"You know you sometimes talk like maasa."

"Yeah, Vishakha also says this."

I went to her and pulled her by her waist to me and she placed her hands on my shoulder.
"Thank god that I got someone who is like my maasa. And you're also not like her in some ways."

"In which ways?"

I pinched her nose.
"You're naughtier than her."

She laughed.
"But she is the sweetest. I love her."

"No one can stay without loving her. But we're lucky that she loves us."

"Me too?"

"Sometimes it feels like more than us. She adores you a lot."

She smiled.
"They all love me a lot. You should feel jealous."

I shook my head.
"No. You deserve all the love of this world.", I kissed her forehead.

I feel peace whenever she is with me.

When I pulled out, I found her, making a pout.

"What happened? "

"I wish I were also tall. So I could also kiss on your forehead."

I chuckled and lowered my head.
"Now you can. "

She smiled and kissed my forehead. Then smiled sheepishly.

"So, will you eat here or on the balcony? "

"Of course, on the balcony. Kya bewakuf wale question puchte ho"
(do you ask stupid questions)

I turned and went to the kitchen.
"Do you know? You're the only person who call me this bewakuf, stupid, fool type of things."

"Haan.Kuch cheez to honi chachiye jo sirf mein tum hein bolu.Baki duniya ke log to hein hyi na tum hein intelligent bolne ke liye."
(Yes. There must be something that only I can say. There are people in the rest of the world, right, you are intelligent enough to say it.)

I took the tray.
"You've everything's answer."

"Yeah." she said proudly."Now let me help you. You can give me some plates."

"It's okay. All adjusted on the tray. "

"Okay. Then I take this small table." he pointed to a small table which is near the kitchen.

" utha logi?"
(will you pick it up?)

She smirked.
"You don't know how strong I'm. " saying that she took the table."See."

I chuckled and shook my head.

Then we settled the plates on the table and sat on the swing.

"Let's eat." saying that she was about to eat but I stopped her.

"Let me feed you."

"Aww.Doing boyfriend duties."

I chuckled and shook my head. Then I started feeding her and me.

She crossed her legs on the swing and started telling me about her college and other things. And I quietly fed her and listened to her.

I can listen to her whole day like this.

I always wondered how a person like Babasa could silently hear everything from Maasa. Maasa talks so much.

And now I know how he can. It's all about the person you love. You can hear her everything if you love her. It also feels peaceful.

And we also finished eating.

She was about to stand but I stopped her.
"Where are you going?"

"To clean this." she pointed to the plates.

"No, you sit here. I will clean it. "

"I may look like a spoiled kid. But I can do this things. "

"I know but you don't have to."

"It's not a big deal, Ved. Let me na."

"Then I'll also do it with you."

She huffed.
"Okay."

We cleaned the plates together. It was also fun. Everything feels good when she is with me.
