Two weeks later.
"Hey, I know you're a nuisance but did you have to be a bigger one? " A royal soldier stationed at the training grounds asked pushing Chaeyeon out.
She opened her to reason with him but he had pushed her out.
Chaeyeon scoffed and turned to leave. "All they do is brag." She mumbled walking away.
As he walked further, she heard distinct voices of people discussing.Her steps halted and she turned in the direction of the voices.
They were apparently still far off but of all of them, Chaeyeon immediately recognized the imposingly charismatic figure of he crown prince.
It felt as if her soul had flown out of her body. She stood there completely awestruck.
"Why don't we all go out later this night? " The Fifth Prince suggested.
" It could be dangerous." The Crown Prince replied.
" Oh, come on, it's not like we'll be going alone, we have guards and servants besides it's just for tonight. Well return tomorrow, " the Third Prince said.
" I will inform Royal Mother." The Fifth Prince added.
The Crown Prince sighed.
" Okay, okay, if Royal Mother agrees then we'll go."
The Fifth Prince clasped his hands in excitement.
" Finally, we'll be visiting Oktaejeong."
The Fourth Prince tapped him on his shoulders.
" Isn't that Chaeyeon?"
The Crown Prince and the Fifth Prince simultaneously looked towards her direction.
Noticing their gazes, Chaeyeon reflexively took a step back.
They are not coming here are they?
She bit her lower lip and considered bolting when suddenly five of them appeared before her.
The Fifth Prince was the first to speak
"You really lack manners. How dare you look at us like that?" He asked.
His sentence pulled her from her trance.
She replied his question with a glare before bowing to greet them.
"Your Highnesses"
The Fifth Prince scoffed
The Crown Prince however nodded.
"Are you okay?" He inquired.
Chaeyeon thought for a moment before replying.
" I'm all good. The wounds don't hurt anymore."
"In such a short while?" The Fourth Prince asked.
Chaeyeon smiled. " I might not look like it but I heal pretty quick."
The Third Prince chipped in. " Unlike a certain someone."
The Fifth Prince ears all turned red.
The Crown Prince smiled. "That's nice to hear. I hope you don't feel offended towards my brother. He is pretty naive and naughty but he's not as bad as you think." He said
Chaeyeon glanced at the Fifth Prince. " Thought as much." She replied curtly.
The Fifth Prince looked at her.
"Thought as much? What do you mean by that? How dare a servant have thoughts towards a prince?" He asked.
Chaeyeon folded her arms and took a step towards him.
