As we all know, The next battle is the VERY popular and highly requested rivalry matchup Joker Vs Giorno, Persona Vs JoJo.
And EVERYONE knows how controversial this can be, especially on how they handle Giorno and GER haxes and if they can work.
So before it comes out, I'm going to do a small presentation on who I think will win this matchup.
So after some really long thoughts about all of this:

I think Joker has what it takes to beat Giorno and GER, even without the Persona-specific lore. Just by what goes off the games and will likely be the reasoning Death Battle uses.
For starters Giorno does have some advantages, GE's strength is superhuman and through scaling is likely FTL, he could probably turn all of Joker's weapons and items into lifeforms to be used against him and Giorno's intellect has devised game winning plans in a matter of seconds.
That being said, Joker easily takes the stats category; dodging lasers, moving faster than the eye can see, surviving a big bang and fighting against gods of cognition who can rewrite reality and has domain over the cognition of all mankind, which contain numerous pocket spaces.
Giorno may have been using GE since childhood but he only ever started to fight with it by the start of Part 5, which took place only a little over a week. Joker had well over a year of phantom thieving experience fighting shadows and exploring palaces that gives him the edge.
Couple that with Joker's wide array of Personas and he basically has every ability he could need: elemental magic, physical attacks, buffs, debuffs, healing, status ailments, almighty non-elemental magic. Giorno's stand gives him a ton of variety but not enough to close the gap.
Ok before i go into GER, let's go over tertiary factors. Can Joker see and fight Stands with a Persona? Very likely. While they have some differences, both Shadows and stands are manifestations of an aspect of the user's inner self and can only be harmed with similar powers.
Obviously this fight has to take place in Mementos as otherwise, real world Joker is powerless and thus gets oneshotted. We also can't say Joker will fight Shadow Giorno in a Palace or other as that would require WAY too many assumptions to work, down to if he would even have one.
