------ They run to the back of a house and go around to see a grotesque scene

"This...This is...So bloody"

Cale said

They look inside a house

A family was there bleeding out

Suddenly their senses increase and vision blur for a split second

Like a playthrough of what happened goes by

They blink and it was gone

"It was a demon" Kai said grasping what little information he retained from that one second

"Kai...We....We have to save them" Cale said looking at the small children

"Alright...But...They....they might become demons....we never had done that before we don't know what would happen"

"Two other people were here"

"What?"

"Someone was covering this boy and the eldest girl from that....whatever that was is gone"

"Your right....Someone had to take her"

Cale goes into the house

"Cale?"

"Seven they are Seven plates made"

"Could it be the father?"

"No I saw a grave in the back I only glimpsed it but it said loving father"

"So an older brother" Kai said

"You should go get him who knows what the girl could do I have a sense she isn't human anymore"

"You'll be fine here?"

"Yes now hurry before a slayer shows up!" Cale said

And Kai quickly took off

To chase after the elder siblings

Thankfully it hasn't snowed since yesterday so no snow had covered the brother's footsteps

Kai followed it to a cliff

'Could they have fallen?' Kai wondered and decided to take the chance

And jumped down

Now if You would ask him if Kai screamed

He would say no

If you ask Cale with his sensitive ears he would 100% say yes

And then punch Kai cuz it was loud

And it hurt his ears

But now back to the story

Kai landed in the snow and quickly followed their steps

The foot steps disappeared-

But where could they-

Kai looks up

His eyes normally red turn Blueish Gold

And with that his ears turned into an elf-like shape

And he starts to hear yelling

It's still too far away so the only words he can make out is weak and the words groveling and demons

Everything goes back to normal

And while Kai is a little confused

He shakes it off and quickly goes towards the direction he heard

He sees what he assumes is a demon slayer holding the demonic sister

And the brother crying on his knees

Kai vaguely now understands what he heard

The brother then tries to run towards the Slayer

His eyes turn the goldish blue

And the slayer releases the demon girl

Kai then goes up to the girl

"Calm Down" He says

And lets her bite down on his arm

The two gasp

"Nezuko" the boy whispers in a small voice

'Nezuko huh?' Kai thinks

Nezuko doesn't bite down all the way

She only lets the blood of Kai go down her throat

And then she lets go

And falls asleep

"What did you just do?" the slayer asked a sword against Kai's throat

"It's only temporarily but for now she can survive off my blood"

"Kai then turns towards the brother

"Boy what's your name?"

"T-Tanjiro Kamado"

"What are you waiting for Tanjiro? Your mother and siblings are all waiting to take your sister. My brother will be waiting there"

"M-My Siblings? My Mother is waiting for me?" Tanjiro tears up

"Is this a sick joke" the slayer voice spoke out coldly

Kai looked into his eyes

"No,But be warned they are also demons like your sister here"

"They are?"

"My brother induced the demonic toxins to keep them alive"

Kai turns towards the slayer

"Listen Mr?"

"Tomioka Giyuu"

"Mr. Giyuu I understand you have questions and if you would like answers then I suggest you take that sword off my neck and we start heading up the mountain to the kamado house"

Tomioka Giyuu the slayer is silent for a moment

And then lowers the sword

"Fine but I carry the girl"

Tanjiro tries to speak up

"Fine" Kai gives Tanjiro a look of understanding

"We will be able to travel faster" Kai said to Tanjiro

And Tanjiro nods

An Hour passes

And they are close to the Kamado Residence

been stuck on this since forever

so have this until I gain back motivation
