It was bright and early, before most people even woke up when Harry, Ron and Hermione walked the halls of Hogwarts towards the Hospital Wing.

Neither of them slept much that night, and guilt was eating Harry alive as he kept replaying all he said about Nassaria. He needed to apologize and make it better. After all, before he knew about Draco and Malfoys in general, he quite liked Nassaria.

"Mr. Malfoy, I understand your frustration-", they heard Professor Snape say.

"Frustrations? Frustrations, Severus? My daughter was almost murdered by a troll! In the safest school! How could you let that happen?", they heard a man yell.

"We are finding out how the troll got in, and once we find those responsible, I assure you they will be severely punished-", Professor Dumbledore said. The man interrupted him.

"Severely punished won't be enough. I don't care if this was some harmless prank. Nassaria could have been killed", the man continued to yell. "They must be expelled, or fired!".

"We will not take such actions in haste, however-", Dumbledore said.

"I have already written an owl to the Minister, I can assure you he will be taking this matter into his own hands", the man said.

Harry heard footsteps, and turned to see Draco walking with a woman much older than him towards the Hospital wing.

"Malfoy", Ron whispered, getting Hermione's attention.

"Potter, Weasley", Draco sneered. His eyes fell on Hermione. "And Granger".

"Are you here to see Nassaria?", the woman asked.

"Yes", Hermione replied. "We wanted to see how she is".

"You must be the girl she was trying to protect in the bathroom", the woman said with a fake smile. "And you must be the two boys who saved her".

The three nodded. All five heard yelling from inside the Hospital Wing. The woman turned back. "Perhaps now is not the best time to visit her. But I promise you, she is much better".

The door opened and Snape appeared. His cool eyes lowered themselves on Potter with distaste.

"Narcissa", Snape said, turning to the woman. "Mr. Malfoy requires... assistance".

"I'll be right there", Narcissa said. "Draco, shows your friends in?".

Draco looked distastefully at the trio as his mother went in.

They followed him inside the hospital wing. The adults were off talking to the side, so they did not notice as the four children went to the far corner of the Hospital Wing where Nassaria lay.

She had a thick bandage around her head, but her hair was freshly washed and brushed. She had some dark circles under her eyes, presumably, she had not slept either.

"Nessie", Draco said coldly, and stood off to the side with his arms crossed.

Hermione rushed to Nassaria's side. "Nyra, how are you?".

"I'm alright", Nyra said, her cheeks flushing as she realized that Hermione, Ron and Harry were there. She refused to meet Harry's eye. "Madam Pomfrey says I have to be on bed rest for a couple more days, but I'll be alright".

Hermione pulled out a book from her cloak. Harry could not recognize the title. "I brought you the book you wanted", Hermione said. "Thought you'd go bored senseless here".

Nyra picked up the book with a wide smile. "Pride and Prejudice!", she exclaimed, looking at the back for a description.

Draco scoffed. Nyra ignored him but the trio didn't. "Muggles", he muttered.
