Joanne

"Hey! What are you two doing back here?! This area is restricted!" A voice booms behind us. We jump and turn around. A security guard stood there at the end of the hall. Lauren and I look at each other in relief. "I said, what are you two laddies doing back here, this area is restricted." The man boomed as he stomped towards us.

"Listen, my name is Lauren Lavoie, and this is my sister Joanne, we are personal guests of One Direction, but we managed to get quite turned around back here. Can you bring us to them?" Lauren says politely. The man barks out a laugh.

"Yeah, like I haven't heard that one before. Thought you would be all sneaky and get backstage to meet the boys eh? Well, you failed. It's time for you to leave." He says and roughly grabs one of my arms and one of Lauren's, and begins to haul us back down the hall.

"Hey! That hurts! Let us go!" I shout, sure that his grip would leave a bruise. "This is all just a misunderstanding, just call one of the boys, they can verify our story." He just snorts and continues to turn down the maze of tunnels. And suddenly I see some signs and doors that look familiar, and not from our wandering around lost. I gasp as we pass the door to the conference room we signed the forms last night in. I try and remember the door to the rec room from last night and try to remember the turns we took as well.

When I didn't see the door I began to lose hope, but as we turn another corner we start to run into more and more people running around in crew badges. And then I see it. They might not even be in there, but I have to try. So as we start to pass the double doors I aim a hard kick for the one on the left and then an even harder for the one on the right. I crank my head around to check to see if anyone comes out, but to my dismay no one comes out. We are nearing the end of this hallway when I hear a door open behind us, and an confused voice call out, "Lauren, Joanne?"

I turn my head back as the guard tries to haul us around the corner and I see the blond haired Irish goofball. "Niall!" I yell and struggle against the guards tight grip.

"Hey! Where do you think you are taking them?!" Niall shouts to get the mans attention as he jogs to catch up to us. The guard turns and gives Niall a strained and very fake smile.

"Oh these two? Don't worry about them. I found these scoundrels wandering around in the restricted area, and they don't have any passes on them. But don't worry, I am getting rid of them." The guard huffs and tightens his bone crushing grip. I wince and Niall notices.

"Let them go this instant!" He orders and the guard looks annoyed.

"But Mr. Horan, I need to make sure they are taken out of the arena and are put on a watch list. Don't worry, these two deranged fans wont be messing up the concert." He says, not releasing our arms.

"Release them! Now! You are very obviously hurting two of my very good friends." When Niall says that the guard lets go of us. I stumble away and rub where his hand has already started to leave a mark. "Why did you not contact us when you were told that they had been invited personally by us?" Niall asks, angry. I quietly walk over to his side and see Lauren already on his other side.

"Well, Sir, we get that story from fans who sneak in almost each night, there was no other reason to believe that they were telling the truth." The guard seems to realize that he made a big mistake.

"Well, if you had followed the correct protocol, I believe, if I remember, you should have radioed a superior security guard and you would have run their names. If you had done that, you would have found their names on all the digital lists, but everyone still has the paper copies from last night. All in all, you didn't follow protocol. And you hurt two of my friends. That is all, you are dismissed, expect a job performance review soon." Niall says and turns on his heel and motions for Lauren and me to follow him back into the rec room.
