Beyond the Friendship line [Pt.2]

"Hyung, don't you think our kook loves Tae?"...... whispered Jimin to Hobi, who was sitting on the right side of him.

"Shhh, jimin, let me concentrate on the lecture. moreover, if Tae hears you, he'll again get pissed off." .....hobi whispered to Jimin, who pouted. 

"Everyone knows this other than that dumb tae", came a response from a sleepy cat who was sitting on Jimin's left, putting his head down on the desk. 

"yeah yoongi hyung. Only you understand me," replied Jimin.

 "Both of you keep your mouth shut. Tae is sitting just behind us. If he'll hear you, you both are done. You know our tae is straight." hobi scolded both of them. 

"I don't think so." both Jimin and Yoongi muttered at the same time.

Tae, jimin, yoongi, hobi, Namjoon and jin are 3rd year students. Kook is 2 years junior. That's why he has a different class. Everyone in the college feels that taekook is a thing. Some ship them some get jealous. But Tae is very indifferent to this. He has already told his friends that he's straight but not looking forward to a relationship right now. His friends try not to piss tae more so never talk on this topic in front of him.

"Bunny, you're done? Let's go.".......Tae comes to Kook's class to take him to the canteen.
It is Tae's everyday routine to take Kook to Canteen for lunch. He's afraid that his clumsy bunny will fall and get hurt. 

"Bunny?"...... He patted Kook's shoulder, who was sitting on his seat, putting his head down.
It's rare because Kook always looks at the door with his big doe eyes eagerly waiting for his taetae hyungie to come.
"H-hyungie..h-hurts".... Kook mumbled while looking up at Tae. 
"Bunny, Bubba, what happened? What hurts bunny?" .......asked Tae while cupping his face.
Tae touched his forehead and got to know that Kook was burning with a high fever. 
"Bunny..lets, go baby. We'll go home..hyung will take care of you" ...Tae picked Kook in koala style and went out of the class. Kook put his head on Tae's shoulder while closing his eyes. Tae took him to his house as he knows his mom will help him better. 

Mrs. Kim was sitting on the sofa when Tae entered the house with an almost unconscious kook. Mrs. Kim hurriedly went to him and asked, "What happened to koo baby tae? Why are you carrying him?" 
"he's burning mom. idk how he got this much fever. He was ok till morning."
"It's ok tae, take him to your room, I'm coming with soup and medicine."   
Tae carried Kook to his room and laid him down on his bed. He went to the bathroom and came with a wet towel. He wiped Kook's face, hands and feet. Later, he covered him with a fluffy blanket. 
"How did you get this sick, bunny? You really love to get your taetae hyungie worry. I told you not to that part-time job, now see you get sick," Tae was saying all this to sleeping Kook while caressing his head. 

Moments later, Mrs. Kim came with a bowl of soup and some medicines.
"Tae, try to wake up Koo, he needs to eat this soup and take medicines.".............
"Bunny, baby....open your eyes, Bubba. You need to eat something,"..... Tae said to Kook while patting his cheeks. But Kook was not responding. Tae made Kook sit on his lap while wrapping the blanket over Kook and again tried to wake him up.
"Bunny...wake up baby..see eomma made this yummy soup for her koo baby..wake up bubba."..........
After trying for some more time, kook fluttered open his eyes. He was resting his head on Tae's chest, his eyes were unfocused, his head was hurting, his body was hurting.
"H-hyugieeeee....H-hurting"...... Kook whispered in his broken voice.
"I know, I know bunny. Hyungie will make all the pain go away...drink this soup then I'll give you medicine then the fever goes away."
Kook had no energy to respond so he kept quiet.  Tae hugged his bunny with one hand and fed him soup with the help of the other hand.
If it was a normal time kook would throw a thousand tantrums to drink this soup, as the boy hates soup, but now he's barely conscious so he quietly drank half of the soup.
After that, he puts his face on Tae's chest, indicating that he doesn't want to drink more. Tae gets the gesture and puts the bowl away. He then fed the medicines to his bunny and made him lie down on the bed.
Before he could get up from the bed kook held Tae's hand with his tiny shivering hands, "D-Don't l-leave me h-hungie".......
"I'm not going anywhere bunny" Tae said and half laid on the bed supporting his back on the hardboard and hugged the shivering boy...............
All this time Mrs.Kim was watching this sweet scene with a smile 

It was evening when Tae came down and sat beside his mom.
"How's koo baby now?" Mrs Kim asked.
"Fever has gone down a little."....
" hmmm...it must be due to the weather change. Kook baby falls ill whenever the weather changes. Don't worry let him sleep more, he'll get well soon.".... Mrs Kim said to tae as she knows tae always panicks whenever koo fell sick.
"hmmmm," tae said and laid down on him mom's lap while closing his eyes. 

It was dinner time now so Mrs.kim asked tae to wake up kook, she'll bring food for koo in his room.
Tae came to his room and saw his bunny was still sleeping. He went to Koo and touched his forehead. He sighed in relief when he felt that Kook no longer had a fever.
He then started to wake him up, "Bunny....bunny, wake up.. it's dinner time...mom is bringing dinner..wake up bunny." ....he said while caressing Koo's head.
Kook somehow opened his eyes and looked at Tae.
"H-huge..w-water"......tae helped him to sit and made him drink water a little.
"how are you feeling, Bubba? Is there pain anywhere? Are you feeling better now?" ...he asked Kook while hugging his bunny.
"Hmmmm...B-better but h-head h-hurts".... Kook whispered while putting a head on Tae's chest........
"hyung will massage his bunny's head, then the pain will go away. Freshen up, then eat something. Mom is bringing dinner."..... tae said and pick kook still hugging him. Kook wrapped his legs around Tae's waist.
Since Kook is thin and small than tae, tae can carry Kook effortlessly. He dropped Kook in the bathroom and closed the door, then waited outside the bathroom for Kook to come out. As soon as Kook came out, tae again picked him up and sat on his bed with Kook on his lap. 

After a while, Mrs Kim came with food, mainly boiled veggies. Seeing this, kook hid his face in Tae's chest. Mrs. Kim and Tae sighed, knowing that now it was time for their bunny's tantrums.
"Bunny..come on, you've to eat this if you want to be healthy again." ....Tae tried to persuade the bunny boy.
"Nuu..d-don't wanna..yuckyyy".... Koo said in his small voice.
Mrs. Kim and Tae cooed internally to this adorable creature.
"Bunnny, if you eat this then taetae hyungie will take you to aquarium tomorrow.".... Tae bribed the bunny knowing that the boy has something for the colourful fishes.
Kook peeked a little towards the veggies, thinking if the offer was worth enough to destroy his taste buds.
Mrs Kim and Tae smiled at his cute habit.
"o-okay..b-but just a little,".... Kook said to Tae by showing the amount with his fingers.
"okay, Bubba, now eat,"..... Tae somehow managed to feed him a bit more than half of the bowl, and lastly feed him medicines also.
He laid down a kook on his bed and started to massage his bunny's head as the little one was whining because of his headache. Minutes later, kook slept, and Tae covered him with the comforter and came downstairs for his dinner. 

"How's bunny now?" ...asked Mr. Kim while having his dinner. Mrs. Kim told him about Kook on call.
"he's a good dad, but a little weak. I'm thinking of keeping him here for a couple of days." ...He said to his dad.
"Can't you convince him to live with us only? he's just like our other son." ....Tae's dad said to Tae while sulking.   What can he do, he has a soft spot for that bunnyboy.
"Dad, you know I've tried several times, but your koo is adamant about living on his own," ...Tae said to Dad while taking a bite of kimchi.
He smiled a little, thinking if Kook were here, then he would have tried to steal kimchi from Tae's plate also. The family is fond of Koo's cute acts.
"yeah, yeah, I know. Anyway, I've brought chocolates, banana milk and pastries for the bunny. give him in the morning." Tae's dad said while feeling proud of himself that he brought Koo's favourites.
But the poor man didn't know that he had dug his own grave. He gets to know this when he receives a smack on his head from Mrs Kim and a glare from Tae.
"W-what? Something wrong?" ....he asked to the mother son duo while stuttering.
"you old man, don't you have a common sense that koobaby had fever, if he'll drink his nana milk and pastries from fridge he'll gain get sick?  Don't you know that the boy will raid the fridge in the morning in search of his nana's milk?" ...Mrs Kim yelled at the poor man.
"o-oh, I forgot about this." Mrs Kim and Tae shook their head towards the clueless man.
