Beyond the Friendship line [Pt. 6]

"Mom I'm leavingggggggggg."...... Tae shouted from the living room and sprinted towards the door in a hurry.
And why not? Mia just texted him to come to college early; they have to discuss something related to their project. He was so excited to meet Mia that he forgot to take Koo's breakfast that Mrs. Kim always packed and gave it to Tae, and later, both taekook eat their breakfast together at Kook's apartment.

Mrs kim came hurriedly to the living room with breakfast packed in her hand but to her dismay tae had already left.
"Maybe they have planned to eat breakfast at some cafe",.... Mrs. Kim thought and left for the kitchen.

"Kook, let's go. I've got to go early today."... Tae said hurriedly to the confused bunny who just came out holding his backpack.

Koo was looking at Tae, who was looking so excited for something. But his hands were empty. There was not any carry bag or container. He was sure now that Tae didn't bring him breakfast.

"What are you looking at, Koo? Let's go. Mia had just texted me to come early; you know na she's my project partner, and we need to discuss something important," Tae explained to the boy.

"B-but my b-breafast? I'm h-hungry" ....koo wanted to ask this to Tae but just couldn't mutter these words.

"O-okay"..... with that, both of them left the house.

It's been a week since Tae confronted Kook in the cafe. After that, many things changed. Or it would be better to say that Kook has changed.

He promised himself that he would be happy in his taetae hyungie's happiness and won't trouble him anymore.

Tae couldn't believe his existence when the next day, he came to Kook's apartment to wake him up. His eyes went wide when he saw Kook standing in front of him, all ready to go to college.

"A-are you okay, kook? How can you wake up on your own?"... He asked Kook while checking Kook's temperature.

"Hehe hyungie. Why are you looking like you've seen any ghosts? Koo's a big boy now, he can wake up on his own." ...Kook said while giggling.

Tae also smiled, thinking Kook was getting mature. But only the heaven knows how that little boy is trying not to bother his hyungie.

From that day many things changed.

Kook stopped going back with Tae after college as the little boy said he'd directly go to the cafe where he works and then come back to his apartment on his own.

"You don't need to worry hyungie Koo's a big boy now. "...
He assured the elder who was looking a little bit concerned. Tae smiled and went away. Koo's smile fell as soon as Tae's car left.

He slowly headed towards the cafe. After the work, he went back to his apartment.
He smiled a bit when he saw Tae's message asking if he had reached home or not.

He already had his dinner at the cafe, so he just took a shower and went to sleep.

Days passed like this only. Kook was trying every possible way to distance himself from Taehyung.

He also asked Tae once not to pick him for college; he could go on his own, but Tae denied it categorically.

Kook had also almost stopped going to Kim's mansion, as the boy still felt guilty about that night when Tae left kim mansion angrily.

The final exam was approaching for everyone except Kook. Therefore, no one noticed how Kook was becoming silent day by day, but one person did.
