Beyond the Friendship line [Pt. 5]

It's been 6 days since Taehyung went out of the mansion, but he hasn't returned till now. He informed his mom that he was staying at Namjoon's apartment for some days.
He was also informed about Koo's medicines and precautions.

The Kim couple took care of Koo all these days. Koo wanted to go to his apartment not to trouble the Kim family anymore, but one glare from Mrs. Kim and Koo used to get silent.
Kim couple tried very hard to pamper and distract Kook, but the little one's mind was such in his taetae Hyungie's words.
Mr and Mrs Kim got sad when Koo didn't throw any tantrums while eating soup or veggies, he did not even once ask for his nana milk or chocos. He even refused to take the pastry that Mr Kim brought from Koo's favourite bakery. They knew their koo baby got hurt badly this time.

Koo was feeling guilty for being a troublemaker in a happy family. He once heard Mrs Kim talking on call and asking Tae to come back home, but Tae denied it. Kook blamed himself for everything.

Meanwhile, jimin and Jin came once to cheer up their little bunny, but in return, they only get a small smile instead of cute giggling. That happy, joyful kook was nowhere to be found. 

On the other side, tae was also not very happy. He feels bad for yelling at his bunny, but he still cannot forget the scene where Koo is crying and leaning against the wall. He knew that he shouldn't have shouted at the little boy, but he thought that he needed to be a little bit strict toward Kook for his betterment.

Only if he knew that this cold behaviour was breaking the little one's heart bit by bit.

Namjoon and Yoongi were with him.
Tae even went out a couple of times with Mia, but still, he was feeling like something was missing.
Little did he know he was missing his little bunny, whom he promised he'd never leave. 

It was the day when the doctor would check Kook's foot and remove the bandage.

Mr Kim was helping Kook to climb down the stairs when they saw Tae coming inside the house.
Kook's eyes got stuck on tae, tears started to fill his doe eyes. He was feeling overwhelmed seeing Tae after so many days.

Mrs Kim hurriedly went downstairs and hugged Tae tightly, kissing his forehead, eyes, and cheeks while crying. It's also the first time for Mrs. Kim to leave Tae for almost a week.

Watching the scene in front of him, Koo felt guilty more, as he was the reason for this mother-son duo's separation.

Mr Kim made Kook sit on the sofa and go to hug his son.

You should die in shame, Koo, the family who gave you everything; today, that family is shedding tears just because of you. You're breaking a beautiful family.  
Kook was thinking of all the curses and names in his mind.

A moment later, tae came towards Kook, he sat on his knee and examined Kook's foot. But not for once he looked at Kook's face.

He was ashamed about how he behaved with his bunny, but the bunny boy thought that he was still angry with him.

"Mom, Dad, I'm taking him to the doctor, you don't need to come. You both take a rest.

"See Kook eomma appa can't even rest properly in last few days just bcz of you. why are you such a troublemaker maker?" .......Kook was thinking, all the while watching the tired faces of the elders.

Tae was watching Kook's face, and that was how dull it was looking. The natural baby glow was missing, lost in deep thoughts, and most importantly, the cute little bunny smile was missing.

"Let's go".....Tae said and picked Kook in bridal style and started to walk outside the house.

"H-hyung, I can w-walk"....Kook whispered to Tae after coming out from the shock when Tae picked him up.
