The Empire of Liora is a vast, well-structured realm that has risen frost the ruins of a brutal, centuries-long war. It stands as one of the most powerful and influential nations in its world, with a reputation for strong military discipline, economic stability, and sophisticated governance. Divided into four regions, each with its own cultural identity and economic focus, the Empire is ruled by a central monarchy based in the capital city of Lumina. The reigning monarch, Empress Arithiel, is deeply respected, and her rule has maintained peace and prosperity throughout the Empire for many years, though new threats loom on the horizon.

Geography and Regions
The Empire of Liora is divided into four primary regions: The North, South, East, and West. Each region contributes uniquely to the Empire's economy, military strength, and cultural diversity.

1. The North: Stormwatch and the Frozen Frontier

The North is the Empire's coldest and most rugged region, defined by its snowy landscapes, mountain ranges, and icy plains. The city of Stormwatch, a heavily fortified military compound, is the heart of the North and serves as the Empire's primary military training center. Known for its harsh conditions, the North produces some of the Empire's toughest and most disciplined soldiers.

Stormwatch is not only a military stronghold but also a hub for training. Soldiers from across the Empire come to this frigid region to be molded into elite warriors capable of defending the realm. Dwarves, Humans, and elves live side by side in these Northern cities, working together to fortify the defenses that protect the Empire from external threats. The Northern region is also rich in minerals, and mining operations are critical to supplying the Empire's military machine.

2. The South: Agricultural Heartlands

The South is known for its fertile plains, mild climate, and agricultural abundance. The most prominent settlement here is Elderglen, a large village that serves as the center of farming and food production for the Empire.
