Lydon's Location

The team sat on the S.H.I.E.L.D. bus, focused and tense. Skye, now more confident and determined, had tracked Miles Lydon's location. With the information she had gathered, it was time to act.

— "I found Lydon's address," Skye said, her tone firm. "He's in an abandoned warehouse in an industrial district of Hong Kong."

Ward and May were ready to go.

— "Let's go," Ward said. "We can't waste any time."

The Abandoned Warehouse

Ward and May arrived at the abandoned warehouse and approached cautiously. The place was silent, except for the occasional sound of the wind. Combining their combat and tactical skills, they entered the building.

— "Lydon, come out of wherever you are," Ward called, his voice firm and authoritative.

They found Lydon hiding in a dark corner, his expression of fear evident.

— "I won't hurt you!" Lydon pleaded, raising his hands. "I just need a chance to explain."

Ward and May restrained him and took him to a secure location for questioning. The Interrogation In the makeshift lab S.H.I.E.L.D. had set up for interrogations, Lydon was strapped to a chair. Ward and May stood before him, their expressions grim.

"You have one chance to tell us the truth, Lydon," May began. "Who bought the information on Chan Ho Yin?"

Lydon hesitated, looking at the two agents with a mixture of fear and guilt.

"I... I sold the information to a woman. She was wearing a flowery dress. I got a million dollars in return."

Ward and May exchanged knowing looks.

"We need her identity," Ward said. "And any additional details you might have."

Tracking Raina Skye and Fitz worked quickly to identify the woman in the flowery dress. Her name was Raina, and she was associated with the Centipede organization. The team tracked Raina to a hidden lab in Hong Kong.

— "What is this?" Fitz asked, examining the data. "It looks like they're draining Chan's fire-resistant platelets to use in a serum."

— "It looks like something similar to Extremis," Skye confirmed. "Those men with supernatural strength we fought earlier."

The Centipede Lab

Ward and May arrived at the Centipede lab and entered cautiously. The lab was filled with scientific equipment and several containers of unknown solutions. In the center, Chan Ho Yin was restrained, his body strapped to a table while the Centipede scientists drained his platelets.

— "Chan!" May shouted, trying to get his attention. "We're here to help you!"

Chan, realizing what was happening, became enraged and immediately turned on the Centipede scientists. He began attacking with uncontrolled force, knocking down several men and destroying equipment.

— "You... you betrayed me!" Chan roared, his face a portrait of rage and pain.

The Confrontation

Quan Chang, the S.H.I.E.L.D. agent with the team, tried to intervene, but was mortally wounded by Chan, who was in a state of frenzy.

— "Chan, stop!" May ordered, her voice filled with urgency. "We can't let you destroy everything!"

— "There's no time to argue," Coulson said, assessing the situation quickly. "We need to neutralize him before he does more damage."

Coulson and May, seeing that Chan was out of control, made a drastic decision. May injected a large dose of Extremis directly into Chan, hoping to neutralize him. The reaction was instantaneous and devastating.

The Explosion

The dose of Extremis caused Chan to begin emitting a massive amount of energy, his pyrokinetic powers and strength increased to unsustainable levels. The lab began to shake, and an imminent explosion was evident. Miles Lydon, still in a state of panic, saw what was about to happen. Using his hacking skills, he quickly manipulated the ventilation systems to redirect the blast out of the building.

"I did the wrong thing," Lydon muttered, working frantically. "But I'll help you get out of here."

The Escape As Chan continued his explosive transformation, Coulson and May found an escape route through the lab's corridors. With Lydon's help, the explosion was minimized and diverted away from the building, limiting collateral damage.

Ward and Skye arrived at the blast site in time to see the last traces of the chaos. The team gathered outside the building, breathing a sigh of relief that they had escaped with their lives.

"Thank you, Lydon," Coulson said, his tone one of cautious gratitude. "We'll make sure you're treated according to the law."

Lydon, still embarrassed and relieved, accepted what was coming next. Meanwhile, the S.H.I.E.L.D. team began assessing the situation and preparing for the next stage of the mission.

The mission had been completed, but not without cost. Chan Ho Yin had been lost, and the S.H.I.E.L.D. team faced challenges
