Her Beautiful Emerald Eyes

Long Day

After leaving Amy and Rachel alone in the room I decide to go drink my hot, steaming coffee I left in my office earlier, today was a long day for me I attend some patients, filled out some paper work, Lord it's been a long day! I walk into Rachel's room where she is laying down with her broken leg it seems like Amy left the room already, "Hey Rachel how do you feel?"

Rachel shrugs as she smiles a bit, "Eh, not good I guess" I frown and sit on the edge of the bed, 

"Oh no is the pain getting worse?" I worriedly look at her leg I also notice that she has a huge scratch  that is on her arm it's throbbing in pain I wonder if Rachel even noticed the scratch,

"No, no! don't worry the pain hasn't gotten worse, i just feel upset about my broken leg. . ." she smiles sheepishly, but I'm still worried about her, I grabbed an aid-kit that was under the hospital bed and set it on my lap Rachel eyebrows raises up, 

"Huh, an aid-kit?" she tilts her head to the side a bit confusedly, I ignore her as I grab cleaning wipes, band aid, and dry cleaning wipes, I rip the cleaning wipes packet with my teeth, once I open the packet I lift up a cleaning wipe and start cleaning Rachel's scratch on her arm, Rachel hisses painfully and her arm trembles, soon I was done cleaning Rachel's scratch all I had to do is put a band-aid on, I take out a band-aid and I set it on her arm gently.

Rachel looks at her arm and her gaze looks at me with a sweet smile, "Gee Thanks i din't even notice that." 

I nod as I take out my phone when I turn on my phone I notice the time 11:23 PM, it was getting late I was supposed to leave work 12 minutes ago, I smiled at Rachel a bit, "Well I need to go  Rachel." Rachel pouts as she hugs me, 

"Aw . . . Well see you tomorrow?" 

I nod and patted her head, I sighed as I got up I felt bad for Rachel she had no one to look after her I waved bye to her and walked out of her room ready to go home.
