"Who was that?"

Victor says confusedly, i just chuckle awkwardly and quickly shove my phone on my purse,

"It was Amy."

I notice Victor's smile drop immediately once he heard the name Amy, he quickly clears his throat and smiles again,

"Oh, Amy huh?" 

i nod, speaking of Amy i'm actually excited to hang out with her this Saturday, wonder where she was gonna take me, soon my thoughts are snapped out by Victors voice,

"Jadien?" 

i look at Victor again, jeez why is he here anyways? 

"Yeah?"

Victor rolls his eyes while sighing, he just walked out of my office! I grind my teeth together in anger this idiot just annoyed me and now he just left the room? i sigh and run my hand through my messy hair, i really want to call Amy back again, but i'm at work so i can't, i guess i have to wait until i get out of work after all, but what did Victor want why did he came here?!

I smiled happily as i walked out of the hospital, finally i was free from work i could finally text Amy! as i took my phone out i felt someones large rough hand grab my shoulder, my eyes shot wide open as i looked up, i noticed it's Victor again . . .  He has a huge grin on his face,

"Hey Jadien, going home? Need a ride?" Victor offers, i think it about a moment, i guess i could use a ride i don't want to wait for the bus anyways so i nod with a small smile, 

"Sure, i could use a ride." 

Victor nods as he leads me to his Toyota black car, Victor opens the door for me as he says, "Ladies first." 

 i slide in the passenger seat, "Thanks." i respond, i honestly feel like Victor is acting weird, a few hours ago he was all grumpy now he is . . . being nice?

"Victor?"

His gaze is still focused on the road as he hums in respond,

"You're acting too nice? Not that i'm complaining! i'm just surprised that you're acting this way you know?" 

Victor shurgs, "Eh well i guess i'm in a good mood now."

"Well alright?" i said confuse as I raised my eyebrow up 

i look out the window enjoying the view of the city, but all of the sudden i feel my phone buzz loudly, Victor's gaze land on my phone, 

"Hm?" he hummed in response as I grabbed my phone i noticed it's my mom, i grab my phone from my purse and answer my mom i hear her speaking from the other line,

"안녕 얘야, 오랜만에 잘 지냈어?" my mom says softly, i chuckled a bit and responded to her back,

"엄마, 거짓말 안 하고 잘 지냈어요. 꿈에 그리던 직업을 얻었어요!" i exclaimed cheerfully, i hear her gasp in the other line,

"정말?! 맙소사! 내 애인은 의사야!!" 

i could feel my smile grow the more she spoke,

"응 엄마, 그럼 나 가야 해. 상사랑 여기 있어."

my mother gasped softly, "아 젠장! 미안, 미안! 나중에 전화할게! 사랑해요." 

i nod a bit, "Love you too mom." 

she hung up quickly, i looked over Victor with a shocked face his eyebrows are raised up his jaw dropped, 

"Hm?" i hummed,

"Wow, i didn't know you spoke Korean that  beautiful."

 i smile a bit while looking at Victor's face, "Thank you."

My mom was from South Korea, Seoul i was also raised there of course, i took an English class in Korea for 5 years, (i needed to learn English to become a doctor) now i'm here, in LA, did i mention that i have a older brother to? his name was Park-Ji-Ho but i just call him Jin, i do have a Korean name it's Park-Jae-jin but people call me Jadien, my mom also owned a Korean BBQ in Seoul, my father in the other hand . . . uhhhhh let's just say i never heard about him or saw him. The only thing i knew from him was that he was really rich but sadly he died from cancer, he gave all his money to my mom but my mother doesn't want to use so she has been keeping it in her house since i was 5.

Victor dropped me off in my apartment i'm finally home! i open the door as i see Adam hugging a girl while having tears in his face, what the fuck, i gotta admit the girl is really pretty she has pretty blonde wavy hair wearing a simple white-t-shirt (i think she is wearing Adam's shirt) she has some grey sweatpants, they both look at me in surprised, i awkwardly laugh this isn't what i expected, Adam pushes off the girl making her butt fall into the floor, 

"Jadien! hey-" Adam said nervously 

i cut Adam off by saying, "Are you hooking up with girls now?"

they both blush like the red beet, i roll my eyes as i walk into my room, when i shut my door i could still hear them but i can't make out what they are saying since they are mumbling also why was Adam just crying? i have so many questions for Adam but at the same time i don't want to ask questions because i don't want to seem like a person snooping around people's other business, i take my phone out to text Amy, i could feel my smile grow again,

"Heyy!" i type out, i wait for a minute or so but there is no answer, huh she must be busy, but soon i hear my phone buzz my eyes land on her text, 

"Hey :)"

i chuckle as i type,

"I'm so excited for Saturday!"

 we both continue to type and before we know it's already 11:23 AM, we both say our goodbyes.

~Saturday~

i hear a knock at my door, i dash to it so i can open it, i feel my heart pounding loudly once i see Amy with Her Soft Brown Eyes, her soft pink lips, i can't get my eyes off her outfit as well, she is wearing a black crop top with blue tight jeans, i blush as i wave hi with a smile, 

"Hey, nice outfit." i point her outfit, as Amy chuckles sweetly, god that chuckle it's nice to hear it makes my whole mood joyful,

"Thank you, you look nice too!" she points to my outfit, i'm embarrassed of what i'm wearing, why couldn't i dress nice as well? I looked down at my pastel green sweat shirt and simple blue shorts, this was not nice! i dressed up too simply! i look at her, "Thanks." she smiles at me, her dimples appearing, 

"Should we head going now?"

i nod as i grab her hand, my eyes widen, wait . . . what am i doing? i don't usually act like this, am i into Amy!?
