Series Premiere

Kate Rose thought her life was planned out. She went around performing for restaurants and events. Singing was her passion. She had two best friends. Ava Lewis and Jadie Howard. They all lived in Crystal Meadows. Kate moved there when her father got a job there. She was fourteen when they moved.

Ava Lewis worked at the local café. She has worked there since high school. Ava has lived in Crystal Meadows all her life. Ava may have the most complicated past of the three of the girls. Her mother went missing when Ava was only seven years old. After that her father went crazy and got into drugs and alchol. Ava's father got arrested when she was ten years old. Ava's grandma raised her.

Jadie Howard remembered the flames that spread across the house. Jadie was twelve years old when her house burnt down. Her family decided to move to Crystal Meadows. Jadie was best friends with Ava every since she moved into Crystal Meadows. Freshman year they met Kate. The three of them have been friends since then.

Ava hated the smell of the nursing home. But she got used to it. Ava's grandma had been on the nursing home for a month now. Ava walked to her grandma's room. "Hey Grandma." Ava said as she entered. Her grandma was asleep. Beep beep beep beep. The Heart Monitor machine beeped. It was like an echo in Ava's head haunting her. She took her grandma's hand.

Kate finished her song and decided to have a drink. She took a seat at the bar. "Strawberry margarita please." "Anything for Kate." the guy behind the bar said with a wink. "Oh Richard. "

"Here is your strawberry margarita. How about you join me at my house. The bed gets kind of cold." Richard said. "What time?" Kate asked. "9:00"

Beep. Beep. Beep. Ava decided to spend the night at the nursing home. She tried to get comfortable in the light brown leather chair in the corner. Finally she drifted to sleep.

BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP. Kate woke up. "No.NO NO!!" Kate ran into the hallway and shouted to the doctor. People came rushing. Ava heard one shout, CLEAR! Everything was becoming foggy in Ava's mind. Her grandma was dying.

RING. RING. RING. "Hello. Hello. Hello!" Jadie shouted into the phone but there was no response. She hung up the phone. Suddenly a text message came through. It read, "bring me the jewelry box and nobody gets hurt." immediately it felt like someone was watching her. Jadie was nervous and afraid. Who was after her?
