Couple-ish

They spent the weekend together.It felt strange when they weren't in bed together having a reason to get close.Neither was used to having someone around all day,but they shared their interests,Jimin said he liked to dance because it destressed him,Jungkook admitted he liked to paint.
Jimin found out Jungkook was a very good cook and Jungkook saw that Jimin in his own environment behaved in a quieter genuine manner than the brashness he'd put out when they first met.
It was Sunday evening and Jungkook spoke,
"I have to go home,papers to sort and things to get ready before work tomorrow ."
"Ok......erm,so do you want to meet up in the week?"
"I want you to come back with me,"
Jimn bit his bottom lip something Jungkook noticed he did when he was nervous about something.
"Look ,bring some clothes with you and next time I come here I'll leave some of mine...but I want you there with me....please?"
"Can we just sleep though.....I'm not used to all this...activity,I'm shattered!"
"Yes Jimin there will be no ' activity' tonight,I must admit though my wolf is very addicted to you."
Jimin plastered a fake smile on his face as hidden insecurities swamped his mind...did Jungkook only care about his wolf's feelings.......was he really not lovable? He seemed to have formed an attachment to the other male not just his wolf who eagerly fawned over every touch given,as he himself did,but could he be with someone who really only wanted to please his wolf,was Jimin's human side a casualty of this mating....
"Well?"
"Huh?"
"Are you coming with me...?"
Er....sure let me just get some things ."
Jimin packed a few things along with some books and was taken aback when Jungkook walked in and took the bag from him and out to his car.
"I could have carried it..."
"I know....but so can I and it pleased me to do it for you,now lock up and let's go."
Jimin checked the house quickly then locked up.
Jungkook held the passenger door for Jimin to get in and reached to clip Jimłins seatbelt in,the gesture made Jimin smile he felt small and protected.
He was unaware during the drive of just when he fell asleep,just as he was unaware of Jungkook lifting him out and carrying him inside and placing him on a large bed,slipping his shoes off and covering him with a blanket then going down to his home office to sort out some paperwork.
Jimin woke a short time later still sleep deprived so he didn't bother to look where he was going as he needed the bathroom,so thinking he was still at home he staggered in that direction only to yelp out loud when he tripped over a chair leg crashing to the floor.
Footsteps pounded upstairs and Jungkook ran in.
"Jimin! Are you hurt?"
"I......" Jimin opened his eyes properly to find Jungkook crouched beside him .
"Oh...it's not my house.....I wasn't looking I thought I was home....., I need the bathroom..."
Jungkook smiled then gathered him up in his arms and carried him to the bathroom carefully checking him over then telling him if he wanted to shower before sleeping there were towels in the cupboard and spare toothbrushes in the bathroom cabinet.
Jimin let the warm water run over him,he didn't know why he felt so tired....well he knew partly,he'd never had such an active sex life and they had only been together a couple of days!
He wrapped the towel around him and exited the bathroom,Jungkook sat on the edge of the bed completely naked his hair damp,he must have used another room to shower.
Jimins rosy embaressed face made Jungkook laugh.
"Jimin why are you embaresssed after all we have done
Jimin pouted then dropped his towel and walked around the bed getting in naked not missing the flash in the others eyes as he looked at his naked form.
"I can't help it...,it's not a usual thing for me to see," he huffed.
He turned on his side away from Jungkook.It wasn't long before he felt. A muscled body spoon against him and nibble his ear.
"You know the image you put out there is nothing like the cutely innocent real deal...."
"Pffft!"
Jungkook snorted at the response then wrapped his arms around his lover.
"Go to sleep....you still look tired.."
"Hmph,I wonder why!" But Jimin snuggled back against the warm body he'd come to recognise so well and within minutes was fast asleep.
"You're not such a hard nut to crack after all are you?" Jungkook whispered before kissing the top of Jimin's head and dropping into a deep sleep.
The next two weeks passed quickly,Jungkooks new offices were being decorated and his friends had found accommodation .
The to and fro ing was irritating Jimin, he didn't feel settled and part of him wanted to just say let's move in together but although Jungkook was good to him he still wanted to feel really wanted,like he was Jungkooks everything not realising that this was actually making him seem withdrawn from their mating.
"I'm having my sister round so won't stay over for a couple of days...."
He told Jungkook on the Friday morning.
"I could come to yours,"
"I don't think that's a good idea do you?"
"Actually I think it's a great idea,time for us to put the past behind and go forward"
"No....,I need time alone with her"
"Your being ridiculous she knows about us doesn't she?"
"Er no I've not mentioned you."
Jungkook frowned," but I'm your mate and we've been doing everything together,what's wrong with you?"
"I told you we need to do this slowly,"
"By denying my existence?"
"Don't be so dramatic,"
"Dramatic? God Jimin I thought you'd got over your huff about us,seems you haven't grown up at all!"
"Huff,I'm being the adult here! It's not all about sex,it's compatibility,"
"Our wolves are compatible!"
"And us?"
"Well it follows if they are we are"
"So....you love me then?"
"Love....? Love is a fleeting dream,we have a genuine mutual attraction."
Jimin looked down,he knew it....he agreed with Jungkook on one level but he wanted it all,the fireworks the undying love proclamation,not a business like arrangement."
"I can't pretend anymore......."
"What?"
"I don't want this......"
"Are you annoyed at me is that why you're throwing a tantrum?"
Jimin looked at the other and shook his head,
"See you think it's a tantrum ,it's not it's me having more respect for myself,I'm not a business deal to be negotiated.......don't call me please,I need time to think this over."
Jungkook frowned and threw an empty glass he'd been drinking from to the floor.
"I'm not going to pander to an omega who has no idea what he wants....go on leave see if I care!"
Jimin removed a tiny shard  of glass that had flown up against his cheek,a drop of blood ran down and although mad Jungkook stepped forward dismayed.
Jimin held his hand up backing away,
"Leave me alone Jungkook."
He walked out hailing a taxi ad he didn't have his car instead of going to work he went home and blitzed the place clean ,putting flowers in the spare room for his sister and texting Jin he would be unavailable .
He'd shopped,cleaned done the laundry just to keep his mind off Jungkook.He felt exhausted and stressed and blamed this for his sudden need to go throw up.
"Eugh! Why am I letting him get to me..."
"Because he's your mate and you love him,"his wolf said.
"Don't rub it in,don't you care he doesn't love me?"
"I am you you are me,his wolf cares for me"
"Oh shut up,I thought you'd be on my side,you know I just want to be loved."
"Hasn't he shown his care for you,the gifts..your favourite chocolates,flowers,taking you to dinner?"
"That's not the same as telling me he loves me....!"
"Are you sure?"
"He damn well told me love is a dream!"
His wolf became silent at that and Jimin cleaned his teeth and decided on a nap n the sofa before his sister came.
The weekend passed with Jimin faking happiness,no call from Jungkook and his sister looking at him as if knowing something was wrong.
In the Sunday afternoon as they strolled in a local park she confronted him.
"What's up Jimin?"
"Hmm? Nothing I'm enjoying the fresh air,"
"You look tired and washed out,I suggested a walk to get some colour in your cheeks,so what's going on?"
Jimin bit his lip then decided to tell a half truth.
"Just...boyfriend trouble,"
"I didn't know you were with someone!"
"Hmm,seems I'm not....it was just a moment of madness,he didn't feel as strongly about it as me,you know me I won't settle I want the whole happy ending thing."
"Aw Jimin I'm sorry.....I'm sure you'll meet your mate and have the happily ever after....this fling or whatever it was...imagine if you'd got pregnant like mum did with you and had to marry someone you just felt comfortable with.."
"Thanks for reminding me that I'm the bastard child," Jimin chuckled.
"You know I don't mean it like that,it's just they never seem truly happy it's just a show,you stick to your guns and wait for the real thing."
"Thanks sis,when did you get so grown up?"
"When my brother showed me not to bow down to others pre conceived ideas of what I should do!"
They both laughed then went back to Jimins after eating he drove her to the train station and saw her on her way.
Back home he stripped the bedding in her room but half way through he gagged then rushed into the bathroom.
"Damn have I caught a bug?"
"Good job you didn't get pregnant.........."
His sisters words played over in his head and he panicked,he couldn't be could he? No it was just stress. His stomach turned over and he threw up his earlier meal.
Pacing back and forth he decided to go to the hospital,they would tell him it was a bug,give him some medicine and everything would be fine he told himself.
An hour and a half later he sat shocked on a bench outside the hospital the doctors words wringing in his ears,
"Congratulations your having a baby,"
