In the early morning light, Ms. Yoon was busy preparing breakfast when she noticed Jungkook's bruised and swollen hand. Her eyes widened in concern, and she immediately moved toward him, gently grabbing his wrist.

"Jungkook, what happened to your hand?" she asked, her voice filled with worry.

Jungkook hesitated at first, unsure how to explain what had led him to injure himself so badly. Ms. Yoon quickly fetched a first-aid kit and began wrapping his hand in a clean bandage. The whole time, she kept glancing at him, waiting for him to say something.

After a long pause, Jungkook finally spoke, his voice low and uncertain. "Ms. Yoon... how do you help someone forget about the person they love?"

Ms. Yoon stopped for a moment, looking up at Jungkook's face. She could see the struggle in his eyes, the frustration, the longing. Then, a soft smile crept onto her lips as she resumed bandaging his hand.

"Are you asking for Taehyung?" she asked gently, almost knowingly.

Jungkook looked away, not answering but not denying it either. Ms. Yoon chuckled softly and tightened the bandage carefully. "Helping someone forget love isn't easy. You can't force it. Love isn't something you can just erase from someone's heart. It stays there... sometimes quietly, sometimes painfully. But it fades over time, as long as that person is surrounded by people who care for them."

She paused, making sure Jungkook was listening closely.

"The best thing you can do, Jungkook, is be there for him. Not to make him forget, but to help him heal. Let him know he's not alone. Show him new things, experiences that aren't tied to the past. In time, his heart will decide what it wants. But don't rush him. If you care about him, be patient."

Jungkook took in her words, feeling the weight of them. He looked at Ms. Yoon with a mix of gratitude and uncertainty, unsure if being patient was enough.

Ms. Yoon patted his bandaged hand. "Sometimes, the strongest love isn't about taking someone's pain away. It's about standing beside them while they find their way out."

Jungkook, with his hair tied back and helmet securely in place, mentally prepared himself for the inevitable melancholy he expected to see in Taehyung. The events of last night were still fresh in his mind—the tears, the brokenness, the confession about Jimin. He knew that today would likely be tough, seeing Taehyung in the aftermath of those raw emotions.

As he arrived at school, parking his bike, Jungkook's heart clenched when he spotted Taehyung near the entrance. But what really shocked him was the sight of Taehyung standing next to Jimin, smiling brightly as if the weight of the previous night had vanished. Taehyung looked... happy. He waved at Jungkook, his expression soft and kind, almost like nothing had ever happened between them.

"Hey, Jungkook!" Taehyung greeted warmly, the light in his eyes causing a knot to form in Jungkook's chest.

Jungkook forced a smile, nodding back, but inside, he could feel a surge of irritation and unease. The sight of Taehyung and Jimin standing so comfortably together felt like a blow. He hated how easily Taehyung seemed to return to Jimin's side, despite all that had been shared between them last night.

Jungkook's jaw clenched as he approached them, his helmet still under his arm. It didn't sit right with him—the way Taehyung could just brush everything off and act like he hadn't cried in Jungkook's arms hours ago. He hated the way Jimin was always there, the unspoken connection between Taehyung and him like a constant reminder that Jungkook was just... on the sidelines.

But Jungkook held back his frustration, trying to keep his expression neutral. He knew he had to play it cool, even though everything inside him was boiling.
