~At Maple heights
(Y/n's apartment building)

The doorbell rang just as Izuku was shutting his laptop. He rose from his seat, a bit confused, and made his way to the door. When he opened it, he was met with the sight of his friends: Uraraka, Iida, Todoroki, Shinso, and Tsuyu, all grinning and holding bags of snacks and a few beer bottles.

"Surprise!" Uraraka shouted, followed by shouts and laughter from the others.

Izuku stood there, shocked but smiling widely. “W-What’s going on?” he asked, unable to contain his happiness.

Iida stepped forward, raising a bottle of beer as if in celebration. "Midoriya, we wanted to surprise you and celebrate your first apartment!" he said with a proud grin, and the others nodded in agreement.

Izuku chuckled, feeling a warm sense of appreciation. “You didn’t have to do that, but… thanks.” He stepped aside, letting them all come inside. His friends filtered into the apartment, chatting amongst themselves and setting the snacks and drinks on the table.

As they were settling in, Izuku heard the ding of the elevator. Curiosity piqued, he turned and saw B/N, his little neighbor, holding the hand of a pink-haired girl.

B/N's face lit up when he saw Izuku. He immediately broke into a run, yelling, “Heyyy, big bro Pie!”

Izuku chuckled at the nickname, squatting down to meet him as the little boy crashed into him for a quick hug. “Hey there, B/N. How’s it going?”

B/N looked up at Mina, who was now standing beside him with a confused but friendly smile. “Remember, Sister Mina? I told you about the neighbor who gave us pie today? It’s him!” B/N said, pointing excitedly at Izuku.

Mina's mouth formed an 'O' of realization, and she waved sheepishly. “Oh, I see! Small world, huh?”

By now, Izuku’s friends, curious about who he was talking to, had gathered by the door. Uraraka, Tsuyu, and the others noticed the cute little boy standing next to the pink-haired girl. B/N, noticing them too, waved with his usual friendliness. “Hi!” he greeted, his cheerful energy infectious.

“Aww, he’s so cute!” Uraraka cooed, while Tsuyu nodded in agreement with a smile. Even Todoroki's usual serious expression softened as he observed the interaction, his curiosity piqued.

Izuku smiled at his friends and explained, “This is B/N, my neighbor’s little brother.” He then glanced over at Mina and raised a questioning eyebrow.

Mina raised her hands in mock surrender. “I’m just his sister’s friend. She couldn’t pick him up from school today, so I got the job.”

B/N’s face fell, and he spoke quietly, his voice tinged with sadness. “She’s always too busy with work... I don’t think she cares about me anymore.”

Izuku, feeling sympathetic, bent down to B/N’s level again. “I saw your sister wearing a police uniform. Does she work in the police force?”

B/N’s eyes lit up, and he nodded eagerly. “Yeah! She’s awesome! She’s so strong and really good at fighting! She’s super smart too, and she has a really high position. She even knows how to shoot a gun!”

Izuku and his friends chuckled at the boy’s enthusiasm. The way he spoke about his sister made it clear how much he admired her.

Iida, always the responsible one, chimed in. “Your sister sounds like a very hard-working person. You must be very proud of her.”

Shinso added, his tone calm but supportive, “I don’t think your sister doesn’t care about you. She’s working so hard, probably for you.”

Uraraka nodded along, her voice warm. “Yeah, I’m sure her job is really tough. But she’s doing it because she cares about you.”
