A/N: love wintumn so much!! i know that winter proposed at work in the car park but i wanted to write something a bit different! ill be doing the same for the wedding aswell!
it feels like ages since i last published. im trying to publish more to catch up with the storyline!! anyways enjoy.

today was the big day. winter was going to propose to autumn and hopefully make her his wife.

as he put on his white button up shirt and some black trousers he got a comb and styled his hair into his normal everyday style. he had it all set out ready and had an few of his mates to make sure the set up wasn't ruined.

he had told autumn to dress up nicely even though whatever she wore he found attractive anyways.

as he went down the stairs he waited down by the door. then he saw her. she had her usual mtolooy face and her hair styled in her usual half up half down hair curled with some black trousers with cherry red buttons to give it a pop of colour. she had a black tube top on with a black blouse over it. on her ears she had hoops with some pearls and a sparkly silver necklace with an black diamond in the middle with red embellishments. she had an few rings on her fingers as well, which winter was hoping to be able to put another one on her ring finger.

"my love. you look." he couldn't even think of the right words to describe how beautiful she looked.

"you look beyond perfect." he said to which she responded with a warm smile.

"i could say the same about you my sweet." she said as she gave him a kiss.

as they got in the car they had a deep conversation about how everything was at the nursery.

once they got to their destination winter got out first opening the door for autumn to slide out. they walked to the destination hand in hand.

it was perfect. it was in a small field. with tall trees hovering over the sky with the moon and stars out. winter had put a mat and some rose petals sprinkled over the floor and hung some fairy lights connecting to each tree. autumn let out a small gasp.

"this is so beautiful my sweet! it's perfect" she said as she gave him another kiss

"not as perfect and beautiful as you my love." winter said to which autumn gave him a playful slap.

once everything was ready winter got out the wine glasses and looked over to make sure the bouquet he had put beforehand was still there.

after a few glasses winter told autumn to turn around and look at the stars.

autumn looked in the sky in awe. the bright shimmery stars scattered around in the sky. she watched as the moon, hung low casted a glow around the sky. the glowing greyish white aura reflecting into her eyes. an few white clouds sparsely aligned around the moon. it was perfect. almost too perfect to look at.

ever since autumn was younger before her and reece fell out she would always watch the stars with reece. when she fell out with reece she would always watch the stars. she hated his guts yes. but she missed her big brother dearly, when she needed an hug, or when she felt alone she would look at the stares in the sky.

as she stared at the stars winter took this as his opportunity he grabbed the bouquet of flowers he had hand picked from an local florist to match her taste, there was a mix of red and black roses and some black lilys with few red ones. wrapped up in some old newspaper tied with an red ribbon. perfectly matching her style. almost as perfect as her.

he then pulled out a small black box, with a ring inside. the ring was a white gold ring with tiny diamonds on the ring with a big black diamond in the middle.

winter had set out an camera further away but still close enough to capture the moment. they weren't really people who took photos too often as they wanted to "live the moment" but he wanted to take a few photos he could frame and hang up on their wall with their collection of other photos and put in their photo album. he had his mates further away hiding behind an tree to click an button which would take the photos for them.

he then carefully and quietly got on one knee.

"its so beautiful my sweet!' autumn exclaimed as she turned around to see winter on one knee.

"what are you do-" before she finished her sentence winter pulled out the ring box and opened it to reveal the ring which shone in the moonlight. she stared at winter with tears in her eyes as she smiled.

"autumn. we didn't have the best relationship at first. i used to see you as an cold hearted person who didn't have the capability to smile. but ever since that night at the halloween party my opinion of you has changed otherwise. now i cant get enough of your smile and i have realised what a warm heart you really have even if you don't show it to people im happy that im one of the people you show it to. i love everything about you. i love your cute smile when your happy about something, i love watching you slightly dance along to your favourite songs, i love when you pout and frown when your angry and i love you. im willing to do anything to protect you and i cant imagine what my life would be if i hadn't met you."

"autumn will you marry me?"

"yes yes! of course i will!" autumn said as winter stood up and grabbing the flowers and handing them to her. "these are my favourite! i love you!" autumn exclaimed as she let out a loud laugh. she smiled as she put the flowers down and wrapped her arms around him. he did the same in return.

"i love you!" autumn said as she hid her smile into his neck.
