Taylors POV

My knees rest under my jumper against my chest as I tap away at my phone. Doordashing a few bags of lollies, (A/N ITS NOT CANDY 🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺) two pumpkin buckets and matching kitty ears. 

"Is there a size for big boofheads?" I chuckle to myself, wondering if the cat ears would fit Travis. A timer pings from across the room. 

In the kitchen the oven timer bleakly blinks at me, beeping away loudly. I throw my phone gently down next to me, pulling my legs out of my jumper and making my way off the couch into the kitchen. My hand grips the oven door, yanking it open the aroma of biscuits. (once again 🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺) My pink cat oven mitt is smothered over my hand and I grab the tray, putting it down on the counter. Taking off my oven mitt I kick the oven door shut. 

I reach into the cutlery drawer, my fingers touch the cool metal of the butter knife. I stick it into the biscuit, it glides easily down through the middle. When I pull the knife out it's clean. Perfect. Moving the biscuits aside I reach for the icing sugar and food colouring. The bowl I left on the counter is quickly filled with icing sugar and water. I use the knife to stir the formula. Eventually it becomes the viscous-looking, sweet liquid that I just want to put in a cup and drink. I squeeze three small drops of food colouring into the bowl, stirring it some more until it turns orange. Moving the now cooler biscuits in front of me I spread the thick, vibrant icing across the surface of each one. When I finish I put them low in the cupboard where Travis can't see, but Wyatt and Elliotte can. My sponge slides across the island, picking up the mess. I load the dishwasher and attend to the door as the doorbell rings. A package sits at the door, dropped off by my security.
