"How's your bruise by the way?"

Yuta asked as they were sitting in the cafeteria opposite of one another.

"It's almost faded. Hurts though, since... You know.. The weekend." Yura shrugged with her cheeks full of food.

"Should the nurse take a look at it again?" Yuta asked in worry.

"No it's okay." Yura dismissed but the boy was still concerned.

"Are you s-"

"Hello you two!"

The duo of friends looked over as Haku Shota sat himself down next to Yura.
They frowned but Soul smiled at them as if it was something completely normal that he was sitting there.

"What are you doing here?" Yuta asked irritated.

"I wanna hang out with you guys." Soul shrugged before he leaned in two whisper in Yura's ear "Guess what I found out today."

"Why are you whispering?" Yura asked as she leaned back a bit to put pace between them.

"Just guess." Soul continued to whisper.

Yura shrugged and grew a bit annoyed that the boy was interrupting her peace all of a sudden.

"I'll give you a hint." Soul smirked and leaned close to the girl again "You and Niki."

Yura's eyes widened as she looked at Soul and her mouth fell agape but no words left her lips.

"What? What happened?" Yuta asked confused and looked between them "What did you say to her?!" he felt protective.

"Nothing, just-" Yura shrugged at her friend and then directed her words to Soul "Did Niki tell you this?"

"Yup."

Yura let out a rather relieved sigh because now she knew that Soul knew it because he was trusted and not because he discovered it some other way.

When Niki entered the cafeteria he looked around in search for Soul but his eyes subconsciously narrowed when he saw where his friend was.

Whispering into Yura's ear.

Niki instantly approached their table and he saw that Yuta noticed him with an eyeroll.

"What are you talking about?" Niki questioned, put his hands on Soul's shoulders and looked at them expectingly, especially at Yura.

"None of your business." The girl replied and turned away, going back to her food and ignoring him.

Wow, that was the first time they've spoken since what happened. What a great conversation it already was.

"It is my business. You're talking to my friend. Now spill." Niki leaned down closer to her.

Soul watched in amusement, not wanting to clear the situation because I found it hilarious and entertaining to watch.

Yuta on the other hand, was narrowing his eyes when Niki leaned closer to Yura "Shota just sat down here and began talking. Ask him yourself why he wanted to hang out with us." Clear annoyance was heard in the boy's voice and Niki glared at Yuta.

"I wasn't talking to you," Niki said before looking at Soul "But good to know. We're going." He waved Soul after him and took a step away when he noticed Soul wasn't following.

"Soul." Niki addressed and his friend smiled innocently.

"Come hang out with us. I have a lot to talk about." Soul said smiling.

"Dude." Niki tilted his head to the side with raised eyebrows, not wanting his friend to 'hang out' with those two.

"Come on Nishimura Riki. Get a grip." Soul whispered the last part slightly, knowing that Niki would understand the meaning behind his words and it would get under his skin.

"You couldn't control yourself? You don't have a grip, huh?"

Soul's laugh still echoed in Niki's mind and the Nishimura boy clenched his jaw at his friend's teasing.

Without a word Niki strode back towards their table and sat down on Yura's other side.
The girl looked at Yuta with a blank stare and she saw that the boy was glaring at Niki, his fists clenched.

"I think we'll go now." Yura said and was about to stand up but Niki grabbed her wrist and pulled her to sit down again.

"No." Was the only thing he said as he and Soul had a staring contest for a reason that only they knew.

"Let her go."

Niki broke the staring to look at Yuta after he heard the other boy's voice.
He only looked at Yuta without any emotion but he also didn't let go of Yura's wrist.

"Don't you hear? Let her go!" Yuta leaned forward and grabbed Niki's wrist, the one that was holding Yura's.

"How dare you touch me!" Niki sat up further. He let go of Yura to shake Yuta's hand off.

Soul looked on. A few students were watching them after the two males raised their voices, and with a few he meant the whole cafeteria.

"Guys." Yura looked up at them as they glared at one another. She glanced at the people that were watching them "Yuta let's go." She stood up and looked at the boy.

"Yeah, go follow her," Niki spoke provokingly "Like the lap dog you are."

Yuta gritted his teeth and grabbed Niki's collar, pulling him towards him "Call me that again and see what happens." he seethed.

"Lap dog." Niki whispered with a glare but he almost couldn't comprehend it when Yuta sent a punch to his face.

Niki fell to the side and almost hit the floor but he catched himself and stood up straight again and wiped his bloody lip.
The two boys were approaching each other again when Yura grabbed Yuta's arm from behind and pulled him back.
The boy looked over his shoulder at her and gave a sigh.

Yura pulled her friend out of the cafeteria of the watchful eye of the other students and Niki stared after them with clenched fists.

Soul chuckled "This is so entertaining. Better than cinema."

"Shut up. Why were you even with them?" Niki looked defeated as he sat down next to the other boy.

"I wanted to know her point of view to be honest. About the weekend." Soul answered truthfully.

"As if she'd tell you that." Niki scoffed.

"It's worth a shot. But thanks to you I couldn't shoot yet." Soul clicked his tongue.
