"Jessie is a friend, yeah, I know he's been a good friend of mine. But lately something's changed that ain't hard to define"
Jessie's Girl by Rick Springfield
THE SUN HAD set about half an hour ago as Sevyn was at the end of her yoga routine and about to do her cooldown. Hanging out with the boys for the past few weeks had thrown her sleep schedule way off. Nocturnal living suited her surprisingly well though.
She'd been practicing yoga since thirteen and become very good at it over the past six years. Between yoga and her gymnastics background, her flexibility was impressive. Starting her day with yoga not only boosted her mood but left her feeling relaxed.
Lost in the soft ambient thunderstorm sounds playing on her phone, Sevyn didn't hear the boys come in until a low whistle cut through the calm. She was doing a backbend king pigeon pose, balancing on one leg while her other leg was bent upwards, her foot behind her head. Her torso was twisted, her front arm reaching towards the floor. Her body was covered in a light sheen of sweat. When she looked up, she found the boys staring at her with varying degrees of intensity.
Paul gaped at the petite girl. Her yoga pants and sports bra accentuated her impressive flexibility and her curves, making him feel flustered. Suddenly, his own pants felt too constricting, and he shamelessly reached down to adjust himself. He wanted her before, but now that desire had grown into a burning need.
Marko, a mischievous grin plastered on his face, mirrored Paul's stare. This girl was full of surprises. Who knew she was so bendy? Images flickered in his mind of him overpowering her, easily maneuvering her into positions without her whining about pain. A shiver ran down his spine, but he quickly pushed the thought away.
Dwayne, mostly curious, couldn't deny the picture before him was sexy. He admired the dedication and practice it clearly took to achieve an advanced pose. He wondered if she'd ever let him watch her routine – not in a creepy way like Paul or Marko, but because it looked genuinely relaxing to watch.
David's gaze burned with unbridled heat as she stretched, showcasing her toned body glistening with sweat. He wanted to sear the image of her into his memory. A lascivious smirk played on his lips, causing Sevyn to blush furiously. His smirk widened into a toothy grin at her reaction.
"Marry me?" Paul blurted out in a daze.
Sevyn, clearly embarrassed by their stares, muttered under her breath. She gracefully maneuvered herself upright, arms akimbo, and took a few deep breaths to regain her composure.
"What are you doing?" Marko finally asked, his grin lingering as he chewed on his thumb.
"Yoga," she replied curtly.
"You're very good at it. How long have you been practicing?" Dwayne inquired, genuinely impressed.
Her embarrassment deepened. No one had ever watched her before, and the intense scrutiny made her uncomfortable. Yet, a part of her couldn't deny the thrill of their heated gazes. A small flicker of pride ignited within her – she'd gotten a reaction.
"Six years. I also did gymnastics from six to thirteen until I grew boobs and had to become a cheerleader instead," Sevyn finally answered. She had several questions swirling in her head but settled on the ones that mattered. "How did you get in? Did we have plans or something?"
"We just wanted to see you, babe! Glad we came. That was hot, seriously bodacious bod," Paul chimed in, practically drooling over her. She noted he didn't answer her first question.
