The night had settled in, they were sitting on the grass next to a pond. The sound of water trickling over stones. Jeongin plucked some blades of grass, playing with them. Silence settled between them.
Jeongin glanced at Seungmin, who was sitting next to him, his gaze fixed on the water ripples. the moonlight caught in Seungmin's hair, making him look ethereal.
After a few minutes, Jeongin broke the silence, "Seungmin, can I ask you something?" Seungmin turned his head towards Jeongin, "Yeah" Jeongin waited for a moment, fiddling with the blades of grass in his hands. "you said you love me for so long. i wanna know since when?"
Seungmin looked at him, a small smile popped, "Since the moment I met you," he replied honestly, "From the first day we met, I knew there was something different about you. although we didn't have a good term at first meet but still I was so stunned by your beauty. And over time, as I got to know you better, I realized that whatever I fell for you"
Jeongin's cheeks flushed pink at Seungmin's heartfelt confession. He couldn't believe that Seungmin had secretly feelings for him for so long, "But," Jeongin said, "I was such a jerk to you back then" Seungmin chuckled, "You were a brat. But it was all part of your charm. couldn't help but find you endearing."
Jeongin narrowed his eyes yet blush cheeks were clearly visible, "you were not less" Seungmin giggled, "well I continued the drama. you were so easy to annoy back then." Jeongin pouted, pretending to be upset but Seungmin moved forward and cupped his cheek, "but now you're my whole world. A miracle that happened in my life. who listened me, staying by my side when I'm achieving my dream. you mean everything to me, jeongin"
Jeongin blushed at Seungmin's words, his heart fluttering in his chest. "You're being too cheesy or perhaps honest" Jeongin murmured,
"I'm being honest. I can't imagine my life without you anymore." There was a pause moment where they both gazed into each other's eyes. The world around them seemed to recede
Seungmin broke the silence, "You don't even know how long I've waited to say these things out loud" he whispered, his thumb gently stroking Jeongin's cheek.
Jeongin leaned into the touch, "I've always felt like you were keeping something back, unspoken words. I wish you had told me sooner." Seungmin's hand dropped, "I wanted to, But I was afraid of how you would react. I didn't want the risk of losing you, so I kept my feelings hidden." Jeongin could see his downed face so moved forward, cupping his cheek up and placed a soft kiss.
Jeongin's action caught Seungmin off guard but he soon melted into the kiss, his hand moving to Jeongin's waist to pull him closer. The kiss deepened as their emotions were poured into the meeting of their lips.
Seungmin pressed himself closer, The world around them faded away. He pulled back slightly, breaking the kiss to look at Jeongin with eyes full of emotion. "will you stay tonight with me?" Jeongin's breath caught in his throat as Seungmin made the request. He swallowed and nodded , heart racing in his chest. "I'll"
