"Get up." The guard spoke firmly. "We've been doing this for the last" Stella looks down at her wrist as if she was looking at a watch. "seventy-eight seconds now, if I was going to do it I would've already." The blonde groans.

Stella was laying down on her uncomfortable cot while two guards stood in front of her.

"Seventy-eight seconds of my life that I'll never get back." She added. The large guard stepped forward, close to grabbing her am. Stella moved it back with a warning look. He stepped back allowing her to slowly stand up to her feet.

The man grabbed her arm, twisting it behind her back and slammed her against her wall. Stella bit her cheek.

"So rough." She hissed.

She felt a few pricks on her wrist before the harsh grip was gone. She twisted back around towards them.

"Go." He pointed towards the door. Stella furrowed her eyebrows. "What's going on?" She asked.

"Walk, or your not gonna like me anymore."

Stella looked at him confused, "Who told you I liked you?" she asked. The guard scoffed. Stella  chuckled and reluctantly stepped forward out of her cell. Her back was pushed forward making her walk faster.

"What's going on?" She asked, seeing many of the delinquents out of their cells. She got no answer, only more shoves from behind.

"Slow down Bucco, just tell em what it is you shady council people are doing." Stella continues trying.

"Keep moving."

Stella was forced into a line. A long one. Guards were in a line surrounding them. The line was moving quickly. Stella couldn't see where the line led but she knew wherever she was going, wasn't good.

"Are you floating us?" She asked as she passed a guard.

She got no answer per usual.

"Hello!" She yelled.

"Am I invisible?" She asked.

Eventually she gave up from trying. As she rounded a corner, horror filled her veins. A large drop ship was in front of her. Kids were being loaded into it. She gritted her teeth, it was a bad habit.

Stella cringed as she got closer. "Hey!" She yelled at a guard. "I'll do anything if you get me out of this line." She pleaded. He looked her up and down before returning his gaze forward. "Tempting, but no."

Stella sighed and entered the drop ship. She sat down beside a person she didn't know and was buckled in by a guard. "Have a fun ride." He smiled.

Stella blankly stared at him. If she was about to die she wasn't going to be scared and crying.

A few more kids entered the dropship before the door shut. Stella could only hear talking, nothing from outside of the ship.

It went from normal to hectic in the span of a second. The lights flickered and a massive jolt shook everyone. Stella gripped onto the straps that were over her shoulders.

A few girls screamed.

The lights turned back on and a few large screens of Jaha's face lit up.

"Prisoners of The Ark, hear me now. You've been given a second chance, and as your , it is my hope that you see this as not just a chance for you, but a chance for all of us, indeed for mankind itself. We have no idea what is waiting for you down there. If the odds of survival were better, we would've sent others. Frankly, we're sending you because your crimes have made you expendable."

Stella scrunched up her face in disgust. She was considered expendable? She was a kid. They all were.

"Your dad is a dick, Wells!" A boy shouted. Stella didn't see him but his voice was close.
