Stella ventured off on her own. "Slow down, Stelly."

The blonde turned around to see her old time friend. "Hi, Johnny." She smiled. His face fell and he looked around to assure no one was looking.

"What do you say, wanna have some fun like old times?" He asked.

The blonde raised her eyebrows. "Woods sex, seems good but I'm not sleeping with you." John had an amused look. "You say that like it didn't happen before."

Stella widened her eyes. "It didn't." She corrected. Murphy scoffed.

"Can't pretend forever." He shrugged. "I can try." She hummed. Murphy walked away unsuccessful. "I'll keep trying." He yelled.

"Please don't!" She returned. With a small chuckle she walked back to the group. She saw Clarke walking up to her. "Stella, will you go to Mount Weather with us?" She asked hopeful.

Stella groaned. "Clarke, I just got to earth. Don't make me walk twenty miles." She pleaded. Clarke huffed and walked off.

"Sorry!" Stella yelled.

After a few minutes she watched as Clarke, spacewalker, Octavia, Jasper and Monty all walk off. She assumed it was the group going to Mount Weather.

Stella looked around the camp. She noticed pieces of wood on the ground. She kicked a few logs over to the middle of the camp. She continued till she had enough to make a fire. She set each piece of wood up at an angle.

"Now for the hard part." She looked around. She looked around for anyone who looked to be intelligent. Or at least payed attention in earth skills. She fell asleep during the fire part.

She found a tall and attractive boy.

"Excuse me." She tapped his shoulder from behind. He turned around and looked at her. "Do you know how to start a fire?" She asked.

He nodded.

"Thank god. Can you help me?" She asked.

"Sure." He smiled. He followed her over to the logs she set up. He got to work lighting a fire. Stella didn't learn her lesson because she didn't watch a single thing he did. As he finished she thanked him and he walked away.

A few teens already sat down around it. Stella helped around the camp doing basic things, she helped some girls pull seats from the drop ship and turn them into chairs.

The ark left them hardly anything. In the top level of the drop ship there was a few tarpes and metal scraps but that was it. No medical supplies, weapons, food, water. "They really did send us here to die." She huffed.

As time passed the sun darkened. The only source of light was the stars and fire. She sat down against a tree by the fire where John and another John pried wristbands off.

Stella had no family on the ark, she didn't have anyone she cared about up there. The ark did have things they needed though, doctors, mechanics, engineers, farmers and more.

It looked as if everyone but Bellamy was under eighteen. They were all teenagers. No way would just them, alone, be able to survive.

"Who's next?" Bellamy roared. Cheers came from everyone but Stella who sat quietly minding her business. She was carving a knife out.

"What the hell are you doing?" Wells joins the group.

"We're liberating ourselves. What does it look like?" Bellamy replies.

"It looks like you're trying to get us all killed. The communication system is dead. These wristbands are all we got. Take them off, and the Ark will think we're dying, that it's not safe for them to follow." Wells answers.
