Stella sat down watching one of the girls a shirt into a tank top. "Hey."

The blonde knew the voice to well. She didn't respond or acknowledge it. She was still upset at him for what he said.

"Hello?" He asked again. Stella turned around with a glare. "What?" She asked. Bellamy cracked his fingers as he shifted awkwardly.

"Me and a few others are going hunting. Do you want to come?" He asked. Stella looked around before nodding. She wasn't doing anything useful while sitting around at camp. Might as well learn how to survive on the earth.

"Yeah." She stood up. Bellamy motioned for her to walk over to the group of four he had waiting. She cringed once realizing she knew nobody but Bellamy.

Bellamy motioned forward. The boys began walking forward and away from the camp. She looked up at the trees as she walked. "You know, I've never seen a bird." Stella whispers.

The brunette turned his head to the side and gave a lopsided smile. "I don't think I have either." He chuckled.

"There's tracks." Atom points out. Bellamy looks down and studies them. "Boar maybe?" He asked. The others nodded in agreement.

Atom and Bellamy continued following the tracks. It wasn't long before animal noises could be heard. "Sh." Bellamy tells the group.

Bellamy pulled his axe from his belt loop and twirled it around. "She's mine." He whispered to Atom.

Stella watched from beside a tree. A twig snapped behind the group making Bellamy shoot around throw his axe at whatever made the noice.

The boar ran off into the woods where the others aside from Bellamy, Atom and Stella chased it.

A little girl, youngest she had seen on earth stood looking up at the tree. "Who the hell are you?" Bellamy asks.

She looked up at the axe in the tree, petrified. Stella walked over to her where the tense girl stood. "Charlotte."

"I almost killed you. Why aren't you back at camp?" Bellamy asks. Stella watches in curiosity. What was a little girl doing in the woods alone?

"Well, what with that guy who was dying, I just... I couldn't listen anymore." Charlotte states. Stella looked down at the ground for a moment. "He's not dying."

"There's Grounders out here. It's too dangerous for a little girl." Atom tells her. Charlotte looked at him offended.

"I'm not little."

"Okay, then..." Bellamy takes out a knife and hands it to her. "But you can't hunt without a weapon. Ever killed something before?"

Charlotte shook her head no after taking the weapon. "Who knows? Maybe you're good at it." Bellamy smiles.

Stella watched in amusement. Bellamy's soft side was definitely kids. He had two opposite sides, caring and kind, or he was cold and cruel.

Bellamy placed a hand on Stella's back gently pushing her forward. She silently bit her cheek, hiding her smirk at the action. As she stepped forward a loud horn could be heard. Stella looked around confused.

The sky got darker and a yellow shade replaced the cool toned color of earth. "Run." Stella states. She was definitely more of a flight rather than fight girl.

"Go!" Bellamy shouted as thick yellow fog rushed towards them. Bellamy pulled Stella by the arm after her pace slowed down. His legs being longer made him faster

Charlotte and Stella were running as quick as they could. The fog entered Stella's lungs making her cough harshly as she ran.

"Come on! There are caves this way." Bellamy shouts. Stella pushes harder through her legs towards the large cave.
