Somewhere, far away in a peaceful place, Silver found himself...at peace. The land was full of colorful flowers, as far as the eye could see. He felt...happy. He also felt like he was supposed to do something...he realized that he was sitting on the grass where some of the flowers were. It felt nice. But he was also sitting next to someone. He looked over at her, but....couldn't perceive her face.

Not that anything was obscuring her face or her features, but....he can't recall anything at all. He felt himself taking her hand that she was using to brace herself, and he leaned over. She was saying something, but... Silver opened his eyes finally, finding himself in bed. It was drizzling outside, but the sun was coming up, and the window was being gently tapped by the rain. Silver blinked before he sat up properly, and his large spines would unfurl and stand up. Something he could never control at all. He rubs his head, recalling the dream that he had very vividly....except for a few things.

"Huh...that was new..." He tells himself....maybe he dreamt about Blaze? At least....he thought he did. His nose twitches, before he smells baked goods and some Tea in the air. He gets up, rubbing his eyes before he opens the door to his room. He saw Amy over the counter, but also someone unexpected. Momentarily blinking, he then speaks. "Shadow...?" He spoke, the Synthetic Hedgehog turning his head. "Hmm, explain why I saw your shoes here...." Amy turns her head after her ear twitches. "Oh, morning Silver! here!" Amy quickly picked up a mug that was steaming with a warm beverage, and she sat it on the counter. "This is for you!" "Oh, you didn't have to...." Silver said, walking over to the counter. He picked up the mug and asked something. "What is it?" He then takes a sip. "Oh, some hot chocolate with four shots of Espresso!" Shadow's eyes widened. "That much??" Shadow asks, before looking at his own Mug that Silver spotted. "It's not too much, is it?" Silver then stops.

After a momentary pause, Silver held the mug in his hands before it seemed to take three seconds for his eyes to shoot wide open. He blinked and looked at the mug. "Woah... I feel awake now." He mentions as he down the rest of the warm beverage before he sets down the mug on the counter. It was empty, which flattered Amy. "Aw, you didn't have to finish it." "No, I did! It was really good too!" He tells her, which Shadow sipped from his warm Beverage. Speaking of, Silver turned his focus upon the hedgehog. "So, what are you doing here?" "Having coffee." Shadow replies.

"Yeah but....why?" "Amy makes better coffee than most people. Plus, it's better than eating coffee beans." Amy rubbed her temple. "Don't remind me...still so weird how you got started on that of all things." "I liked the texture." Shadow reasons, taking more of a sip. There was also a book on the counter that was open, which Shadow had been reading. Silver couldn't make out what it was, but there were illustrations of knights on one page. Which seemed strangely familiar. "Reading a book too?" "I'm capable of entertaining myself, Silver." Silver backs up while laughing a little nervously. "Okay, okay. point made..."

"Silver, before you go, you want breakfast?" Amy asks as she seems to be beaming. There was the smell of food in the air, Silver looked past the counter to see that Amy had been cooking Eggs, bacon, and even some Sausage patties. She also had tea made. But she had orange juice in her fridge. "Uh...you don't mind?" "Not at all, SIlver!" Amy replies while she prepares a Plate for Silver. Silver sat down on a barstool of the counter, next to Shadow while Amy was preparing his plate. Shadow spared no glance towards Silver, and only kept reading. Silver leaned his head back to get a glimpse of a few words of the book, but it looked a little old. Silver stops staring as Amy serves him a wonderful plate of breakfast. "Here you are!" Amy says, and Silver smiles. "Thanks, Amy!" he said to her.

Silver began to Devour the food that he was given, struggling but still using the Silverware he was given. Shadow watched for a moment but looked away as he kept reading. Amy watched Silver down the food, before she would make a plate for herself, and sat next to Shadow, although closer than SIlver was to Shadow. Silver was getting better with using Spoons and forks, seeing as the first time he saw Silverware he had no idea how to use them. Silver finishes pretty quickly, luckily not choking this time around. "Man, that was good! I'll go wash this."
