"Shit, hyung," Sunghoon groaned. He glared pointlessly at his phone, with some difficulty and knowing nothing would change the time. "We need to get up," he said, shaking Heeseung by his shoulder insistently.
"In a minute..." Heeseung mumbled while he attempted to pull Sunghoon back under the covers.
"Not in a minute, now," Sunghoon insisted. "Jay and Jake are coming over," he gave as a reason.
"Why are they coming by so early?" Heeseung complained, though he let go of Sunghoon and made an attempt at sitting up.
"It's noon," Sunghoon deadpanned. "They always come so we can pretend to work on assignments, but only really spend time gossiping," Sunghoon explained, hissing as his muscles were sore from the previous night. "Can't believe I let you do me raw," he grumbled.
"Let me? I remember that a little differently," Heeseung teased him. "Something like... please, I want to feel you—" Sunghoon promptly shut him up with a pillow.
"Shut the fuck up," he huffed. "I'm going to shower and cover all these up," he pointed at his marked-up neck. "And you will change the sheets and air this place out before leaving," he ordered Heeseung while he walked around trying to put his clothes in order and looking for something to wear.
"What, I don't get to shower?" Heeseung protested, though it was mostly playful. "We could go one last round before Jay and Jake get here," he smirked, placing one hand on Sunghoon's waist as he stood behind him.
Sunghoon swatted the hand away and rolled his eyes. "You can shower after I'm done, if you really want to," he told Heeseung instead.
"Yeah, okay," he agreed, finally stopping his attempts at flirting.
Even though he felt pretty gross, Sunghoon didn't take long to wash all the grime, sweat and other fluids off his skin. The water was warm and it helped soothe his poor muscles, he felt relaxed. He would have loved to stay in the shower for longer, or even to have been able to take a bath, but having to cover up the marks Heeseung had left on his neck reduced the time he had before his friends would show up. He didn't bother drying his hair properly as he walked out of the bathroom, telling Heeseung to hurry up.
Back in his tiny bedroom, he took out his makeup kit and looked for everything he'd need to cover the red marks. Honestly, there weren't that many on his neck —Heeseung had a clear preference for his thighs, which had way more and redder bite marks than his neck. He finished changing just in time for Jake and Jay to start knocking on his door. He could tell it was Jay knocking by the insistence and loudness of the knocks.
"One day you'll get me kicked out of here," Sunghoon greeted them with that, Jay just rolled his eyes.
"As if you were never loud," Jay pushed past him as he walked into the apartment. They had a routine established already. Sunghoon couldn't help but blush at the comment, though, and he was glad neither had seen his face.
They walked in and settled down as they usually did, with a level of comfort and ease that came from habit. Sunghoon just closed the door and rubbed his face to push down his blush. There was no reason for them to suspect anything, Jay was just being annoying as usual. It was just their usual banter, nothing more, nothing less.
When Sunghoon walked to the living area, expecting to see Jay and Jake having taken all their stuff out already and be sitting on the floor, he was taken by surprise. While they had been sitting on the floor, most of their stuff was still in their bags, and they were shearing a mischievous glance. They turned towards him as soon as they heard his steps, Jay had a grin plastered on his lips that screamed trouble for Sunghoon. The one to speak first was, however, Jake.
