She had asked for a hospital.

And a hospital she was given.

Rimuru made sure the newly built hospital was equipped with the best furnitures and tools to be used.

All she needed is in there.

Thanks to his previous life as a human and the fact that he too had several surgery operations, helped a lot.

So he knows what was needed.

The technologies they lack so far?

He replaced it with magic tools that serves the same purpose. Magic engineering was mostly used but hey, this emperor just wants the best.

Furthermore, he too had made sure she had a wide lab to work on.

Yaerin was more than grateful. The first week she had officially became Tempest lady doctor, there was a swarm of free check up.

Not that Rimuru couldn't do that himself, but he left it to her as he knew there are things better done without the help of magic.

Moreover, Yaerin finally shined on her element so it's a win win situation. Now she wouldn't have to nag about being a free loader even though he told her otherwise.

Her first surgery was of a human visitor. An adventurer who was hurt pretty bad and had fractured his foot. Words spread fast and that is how she had gained the trust of the humans.

And doing surgery while in a blindfold?

Yeah, it's crazy.

The hashira too had done a C-section for a goblina mother who couldn't do a normal delivery. Safe to say both the mother and son are given utmost care.

She had been so busy that now it was Rimuru's turn to worry. If she is not on her doctor duty, she's at her lab doing experiments.

Shuna had to drag her out one time so she could eat, and he took that time to scold her reminding her own words of health being the greatest wealth.

And that is when Rimuru decided assistants for her. When he asked who wanted to train as nurses, surprisingly a lot applied.

So the next course of action was training them and such, with him and Yaerin taking turns to teach them.

Soon, the hospital had some decent and reliable nurses. Along with regular cleaners and staffs.

With the news spreading like wildfire, even those from other nations head to Tempest to see for themselves how a hospital works, and how they do their consultation.

It helped with the income as expected. Not that much as Yaerin only receives affordable payments from patients, though. One thing that Rimuru and his subordinates totally agrees.

In a much better sense, they wanted their hospital to be trusted and not exploit.

Yaerin was busy working on her office, sorting and signing papers.

As she does so, her slimes took over the cleaning duty. They were excellent helpers. Not a single flow of dust.

However that day, she feels something deep within her. Something disturbing that she isn't able to concentrate on what she was supposed to be working on.

She tried ignoring it but the more she does, the more that unknown being clutch and nag at her.

Sighing, the hashira put down her pen and leaned back as she massaged her own temples.
