Issei was with several people, these were new soldiers belonging to his faction. Military Based Soldiers that joined him out of sheer coincidence. They were comprised of the Bad Batch or nicknamed Military Force 99 of the newly formed Faction that Issei created. These were Hunter, Tech, Wrecker, Crosshair and Echo, each having a new and unique ability exclusive to them. They were a human Military team that was granted to Issei by Entity X.
Hunter has a strong, chiseled face with a distinctive red bandana wrapped around his forehead. He has stubble on his face, giving him a more rugged appearance; Wrecker is large and muscular with a bald head. He has a scar over his left eye, giving him a tough, battle-worn look; Echo has a pale, almost grayish complexion. He has cybernetic implants on his head and body; Crosshair has a gaunt face with hollow cheeks and a generally more intense expression. His hair is shorter and he has a crosshair tattoo over his right eye; Tech has a slimmer build compared to the others and wears glasses with high-tech enhancements. His face is more intellectual and refined, with lighter skin.

"So I believe you have all been well briefed about this mission, I presume?" The Five men nodded, with Hunter speaking for the team, "We have all been sir, your parents being in danger and you have asked us to assist you in helping you rescue them."
"Excellent Hunter, Tech, do you have a read on the situation?" Tech gave a nod and removed a device that gave tabs on the situation at hand. He had already placed in some spying magic circles controlled by the Mobile Device he held at hand. He then spoke, "Yes your highness, we have actual live tabs on your parents, for the time being they are being kept in Kuoh Town, your former residence. My theory is that whenever you used to arrive, this woman Rias, whom you call Red Haired Bitch secretly teleported them to the Underworld leaving the house empty. That is why you didn't seem to find her."
Issei growled in anger, he hated that Rias was actively trying to keep him away from his own parents. He was going to remind her on why he could have easily killed her if he wanted to. He was going to remind her well on why Rizevim feared him in their final moments.
"I see.." Crosshair soon suggested to Issei, "Your highness, if you may, I can snipe them out killing them without any mercy.."
Issei only chuckled in response, and spoke, "I have a better idea. Set the gun to stun, we have to knock them out. This is an infiltration mission. Crosshair, your priority is to locate Rias Gremory and fire a stun bullet on her, taking her out of the equation. Can you do it?"
