As dawn broke, the boys gathered in the courtyard, their faces lined with worry and exhaustion. They had scoured every inch of the surrounding area, calling out Izuku's name, but there was still no sign of her.

(Bakugo's heart felt heavy in his chest, a mix of guilt and fear consuming him): "I should have listened to her," (he muttered, his fists clenched): "If I hadn't pushed her away-"

"Hey, it's not entirely your fault," (Kirishima tried to comfort him): "Camie set her up. She was caught in a terrible situation."

"But I hurt her, physically and emotionally," (Bakugo snapped, his voice shaking): "I didn't even think twice when she was begging me. What if she's hurt and alone? What if she doesn't want to come back?"

(Rody stepped forward, arms crossed tightly over his chest): "You can't just act like it's all okay, Bakugo. You hurt her! She's not just a girl; she's our friend. You have to take responsibility for your actions."

(Bakugo flinched at Rody's words but knew he was right. The guilt gnawed at him like a relentless monster): "I know! I know I messed up! But I thought she would be safe here, with us!"

(Denki piped up, trying to lighten the mood, though his usual cheerfulness was missing): "Let's just focus on finding her first, okay? We can sort everything else out once we get her back."

(Todoroki nodded in agreement): "We should report this to the old man and see if he has any ideas. He might know where she could have gone."

"Right," (Kirishima added): "We need to work together on this. Izuku needs us, no matter what happens between you two."

(Bakugo took a deep breath, trying to steady himself): "Fine. Let's go talk to the old man. He has to know something."

As they made their way back to the mansion, the weight of the morning sun felt heavier than usual.

Bakugo's mind raced with thoughts of Izuku-her laughter, her determination, her unwavering kindness. He couldn't shake the image of her tear-streaked face from his mind.

(When they entered the mansion, the old man was waiting for them in the foyer, concern etched across his features.): "I heard you boys looking for Izuku,"( he said, his voice calm but serious.): "What happened?"

(Kirishima stepped forward, quickly explaining the situation): "She's missing, and we think she might be hurt. We need your help to find her."

(The old man nodded gravely): "I've already had the guards searching the perimeter. I'll have them widen the search area. We'll find her."

(Bakugo's heart raced): "Please, do whatever it takes. I'll do anything to bring her back."

(The old man placed a hand on Bakugo's shoulder, his grip firm yet reassuring): "I will ensure we leave no stone unturned. You boys need to remain strong. Izuku needs your support now more than ever."

As they regrouped, the reality of their situation settled in. Bakugo felt a sense of determination rise within him. No matter what it took, he would find her and make things right.

As Bakugo sat in the lounge, the weight of his guilt pressing down on him, the memories of Izuku flooded his mind. Every smile, every moment they'd shared, and most painfully, the image of her crying and begging him to listen.
