Okarun stood hiding behind the tall body of Jiji as the group of five scooted their way out of the hospital in a straight line, trying to hide the fact that they're all dressed for exploring haunted structures bar the one fully naked occult boy who was cowering behind everyone else. As they rushed out of the room, Jiji gave his jacket to Okarun as they walked back home in complete and utter awkward silence. The group of 5 didn't utter a word for the whole walk back to the Ayase household, there was an occasional glance or mumble that came from the occult boy, but other than that he couldn't keep himself from glancing in the direction of the brunette who saved his life. He kept glancing towards her as they were walking, if she exhaled too loudly or stumbled when she walked, glanced his way or kicked a rock, they were all excuses for him to look at her, which is exactly what she wanted him to do. She wanted him to say something, she wanted him to look at her, she wanted him to come to her to ball to her to apologise to her so she could do the same. She really wanted him to talk, but she was so nervous around him that she couldn't help but just wait. Those nerves weren't just for the underlying feelings they had for one another, but because he didn't know that she's seen it all. She rustled around in her pocket feeling the note she picked up before she left his family home, she wanted to look at it now but, it would be way too obvious where she'd got it from if she pulled out the most crumpled up piece of paper from her pocket that was obviously from his cute drawing book.
"I- I'm gonna go back to mine now; I'm really glad you're okay Ken, Im sorry that everything that happened... ya know, happened, I'll see you guys later.. okay? Bye Bye" Aira apologised profusely before going off her own way, leaving four of them to continue walking down the street, before Aira left she leant out for a hug with Okarun, but backed away abruptly knowing the moment wasn't right, she backed away and just gave him a smile which was something he didn't expect to happen. Little did he know Momo gave her a small death stare, and out of respect Aira simply backed off, hugged Jiji goodbye instead and ran off down the road. The silence dropped once again, the sound of wind was so intense that even leaves blowing up from the ground could be heard louder than ever, Okarun took off his glasses, wiping them clean before they got to the plot of land that resides the Ayase household. He took a deep breath, standing at the entrance of the shrine like walkway while the others began to walk through. The memories that flowed through him of his first time here almost made him well up, the other three took a few steps forward before the brunette stopped abruptly, turning to look at the occult boy with his head in his hands.
She took no time to wait, she strutted her way back over to the boy who was now sobbing quietly, grabbing him by the hand pulling him firmly into the plot, still keeping her hand in his. She didn't have to say a word for him to get the picture, he just accepted the truth and allowed himself to be dragged inside the unchanged and familiar house he'd grown to call his own. When they got through the door, there was a sight Okarun never thought he'd see, Jiji was on his hands and knees infront of him, shaking profusely.
"Okarun, I-I am so sorry." He mumbled out under his breath with a hitch in his voice as he kept on going
"I really didn't mean to set things off like this. Everything you saw was an accident. It was all a simple mistake. I am- am so sorry for all of this." Jiji affirmed, dropping the bombshell of knowing all that Okarun had been keeping from them, as he lay there with his hands just below the boys feet, as he responded began shaking his hands about in the air telling the boy on the ground to get up quickly.
"Y-You don't need to apologise Jiji, I-It's not your fault, I would never blame you for such a thing, especially since it was a mistake. Besides, you and M-Miss Ayase-" He whined, clearing his flemmy like throat after saying her name, which she sparked up at before he spoke again.
"You two kissing did not cause all of this. I- I swear" The young boy reassured pulling the red head up from the ground, allowing himself to be fell upon by the teary eyed boy clinging to his shirt still apologising profusely.
